When I started planning my kitchen renovation in February 2024, I decided I wanted to purchase Wellborn Cabinets for their semi-custom nature and many varieties of wood and stains. That's when the real research began! After consulting with a number of retailers in the Atlanta area who sell Wellborn, I came across Barrwood Cabinets. After speaking and emailing with Heath for several days, I took the drive up to Jasper. Heath went over all of my options for cabinet type, stain and features. Their prices were 25% less than anyone else I spoke with. Over the next few weeks, Heath and I spent hours finalizing my plan and the order was placed at the end of March. Heath even traveled to my home to take measurements to ensure the correct cabinet sizes were ordered. Heath told me to expect a 5-6 week delivery time. Just shy of 4 weeks later, Heath called to tell me my cabinets were in. A couple of weeks after that, the installers came. Marius and Tim were nothing short of amazing. There were pieces that needed some adjustment and they were ready, willing and able to make any changes needed. Even after install, Heath was available for questions and assistance when I needed the installers to come back for installing my oven [another huge thank you!!]. Jim Barre and Nicky were invaluable in helping us with the the design for our kitchen remodel in a very dated older home. We purchased maple Aspire Wellborn cabinets that were excellent quality, and we did all the work ourselves. They worked with us for some of the unusual touches that we used in our design and offered a number of good suggestions. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable - we would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Im pretty sure our kitchen was a cabinet installers nightmare. Our house is old, settled, and there’s not a straight line anywhere to be found within the floors, walls, or ceiling. But the team at Barrwood pulled off a miracle and gave us the kitchen of our dreams. Our project started with the Barrwood team really listening to what we wanted to accomplish, with the space available, and then coming up with a custom layout for us. The cabinets where delivered to our home on time, matched their descriptions and where of the quality that was promised. The implementation team went to work, bringing beauty to chaos. The time and the level of precision used was very impressive. One of the team members went to great lengths to compensate for a dip in our ceiling so that the finished lines of the crown moulding where crisp and clean. These guys bring a real passion to their work. We highly recommend them.

This company came through for me when I was in a jam. A tenant had kicked a cabinet door on our 14-year-old rental property and I could not find a replacement door anywhere. In my numerous calls to cabinet makers, someone suggested I call BarrWood and when I called they said to come on over and they would definitely help me figure something out. Using the original frame from the cabinet they found a piece to insert and solved my problem for very little money. Based on their helpfulness with my small problem I would definitely consider them when replacing cabinets. Also the work in their show room was beautiful.
