You won’t find anywhere else the exceptional design and quality of Tufenkian rugs! I bought a 9x12 silk and wool rug. It is so gorgeous! It gave a luxurious look to my living room the moment I opened it - it is a great peace of art with so detailed hand work and carefully chosen colors and so much luster! I ordered the sample of the rug before I bought it - but never thought that the real big one will so much exceed my expectations! I was kind of hesitant paying the higher price of it, but after receiving the rug, i think it is 100% worth it. It is true, you pay what you get. Talking of the customer service. Peter (Sensitive Information Hidden) was super helpful answering to all my questions and giving recommendations. Tufenkian Rugs is a perfection!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Tufenkian Los Angeles. I fell in love with a patterned carpet that did not come in my color pallet. I was able to personally select yarn colors to make the patterned rug in my custom colors. Throughout the process, Victor Palma was always kind and responsive. I love my rug!!!!

Tufenkian is THE best there is! I love all of the gorgeous designs- they have the most beautiful colors and patterns. My clients have always been extremely happy with their purchases. The rugs are what get me into the showroom but working with Emily makes it fun to keep coming back! I always enjoy getting to see Emily.
