So, you've managed to save several hundred thousand dollars. Congratulations. A lot of effort goes in to being able to save enough to make a massive improvement in your existing residence. If you've managed to save even more than that for a brand new build that's even a greater reason to choose a contractor who will respect your budget. As an architect, it never made sense to me to find the "cheapest" or "fastest" contractor. You didn't save such a "fast" budget did you? Probably not. Usually this takes considerable time, hard work, perhaps even selling things — in short — budgets like this are hard to come by. In my opinion, you want a contractor who takes time to make the right cut — you know, measure twice cut once? You want a contractor to listen to what "you" want to have in your home. With care comes craft. Treat yourself. I hope you consider Project Construction, LLC in your next remodel or new build project.

I would recommend Robert and his team at PROJECT CONSTRUCTION to anyone-they were amazing from the planning stages of my entire interior home renovation to the final clean up. Robert took the time to understand my vision and to make sure we stayed within my budget. He met all of my goals on time and was always willing to go above and beyond. Very excellent contractor. One I can trust without hesitation. Went through every step with us. Gave us the whole story and were able make the house as we wanted. Nothing we did not need. I highly recommend Robert and his company.
