We contracted them to repair our roof and were so pleased with the quality of their work and work ethic that we contacted them to do several projects in our home - remodel primary bathroom, carpet stairwell and all upstairs, paint inside and outside of our home (including repairing stucco), install recess lights and replace old ones, and much more. Each project was completed with quality materials with workers who took pride in their work. Our contractor, Chaim, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. His caring guidance through the whole process was greatly appreciated. No matter what project we added his response would inevitably be, “Of course, we want you to be happy with us and the quality of the work we do for you.” The team he put together for us were very respectful of us and our home, including cleaning up after each day’s work. Talking to Ron is like talking to your good friend. Easy to communicate, listens and gives feedback and answers, even though he is out of the country! With great communication, you get answers to your questions and concerns asap! F - “Fast-Efficient”! This is what I called the entire team! Everything is done quick, timely manner and Ron reassures that “you will get your house back” so you can enjoy the “home” that they made beautiful for you! “Our experience with Streamline Construction was wonderful! Our remodel was down to the studs and included, new electrical, plumbing, roof, some changes to the floorpan, as well as demolishing an old family room addition built on a raised foundation, laying a new foundation and rebuilding it to match the roofline of the rest of the house. We also worked with Streamline on redoing all of our exterior hardscape and softscape. Streamline handled all phases of the project, starting with architectural plans and design through completion of the landscaping. The entire team, including subcontractors, were truly a pleasure. Everyone was very respectful of our neighbors and the rules of our HOA. They were accommodating of any special requests and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of the final result. Stress is unavoidable during such a large project, but Jason and his team handled any issue that arose with professionalism and with the benefit of decades of experience.
