We were referred to Rainscapes by Irrigation Works. There were a few issues in the beginning with our Rain Bird Control Panel but the techs and the office personnel continued to work with us. Yesterday the system check up was done by Kate. She checked out our system and made several changes regarding the shower heads and watering times, providing better coverage for our lawn and flower beds. Kate was very professional, obviously very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. She certainly represents Rainscapes extremely well! Satisfied that our system is now working well.

After getting 5 local bids, I chose Rainscapes. I felt that, through their presentation, their materials, workmanship, and service would be superior to the others. They were not the lowest bid, but they included a year of service in their price. Their work was neat, clean and professional. They stayed in touch and followed up a few weeks later to ensure satisfaction. That's why I say, "Excellent!".

Rainscapes put a sprinkler system in our front, sides, and backyard. They did a great job with very little disturbance to our lawn. The work was done in a very professional and timely way. The crew worked very hard and stayed on the job for three days until it was completed. They explained carefully how to run the system.The system seems to work very well.The men also picked up every little scrap of material and left the lawn in very good condition where they had to insert the pipes underground. We would give them an A++ grade. They are really professionals!

Company was very easy to work with. Having landscaping completed after the irrigation system was installed. We stated what we wanted and they made suggestions that we did not know existed. They provided connections so we can expand in the future if needed. They have a maintenance staff and just finished winterizing the system.
