I have finally found my contractor for life! Bill and Rhoda Fry walked me through every step of my home improvement project and provided me with multiple options that I had never considered. Their team is second to none. They're talented, honest, courteous, friendly, and left my home immaculate every day. They always showed up when they said they would and worked nonstop until my project was completed. When in doubt, I went with Bill's recommendations and I'm so glad I did because I ended up with a beautiful quality project that I will enjoy for years to come. I would hire Bill Fry Construction again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to my friends.

In 2020, Bill Fry provided consulting with refinishing our kitchen bar area. Bill Fry Construction built our home about 18 years ago and we continue to be delighted with the outstanding quality and craftsmanship. We highly recommend Bill Fry Construction! Whenever we need something for our home, Bill is eager to help. After almost 20 years Bill is still available to answer questions and help us out with any issues. He is also very knowledgeable in energy-efficient homes, indoor air quality, and other facets of green-building. The company even has their own custom cabinetry shop. Bill Fry is a great contractor and has very competent and experienced employees and subcontractors. Many of them are local, which makes it easier for them to be responsive. Bill has worked on my home multiple times over the years and has helped me out in this past year. He does not take short cuts, which means that his work is built to last. I've seen his work on his other projects and it is stellar.

He, and company, completed a major remodel/addition for our family and provided a beautiful conversion of the living space to an open floor plan in consideration of our families needs and life style. We hired Bill Fry for a 2700 s.f. whole house remodel (broken into 2 phases for budget reasons) based on reviews on Houzz. We had interviewed several other contractors, including a couple of design/build firms, but Bill Fry is that rare combination of "really good guy" and "really excellent contractor". Our home is on a slope, and we were concerned about a lumpy floor and possible foundation/structural issues - so we needed Bill's experience and expertise. He also referred us to interior designer Lori Churi/LCID. Together, they were the "dream team". It turned out our home didn't have foundation problems, but the design nevertheless required major structural work, including a 30 ft. steel beam for the roof that was lowered into place with a crane. Our neighbor brought his toddler son out to watch that exciting/nail-biting maneuver! We were also impressed with the rapport and long-standing relationship Bill had with his subcontractors, many of whom he uses exclusively. He has a high standard for subs, and it really showed in their workmanship. We remodeled our previous home twice and thought that was done pretty nicely, but the work Bill did on our current home really raises the bar. Now we notice details that we were previously oblivious to, like baseboard moulding scribed to the floor (What? No quarter round to hide the gap?). What we appreciated the most about Bill, though, is how responsive he was to our questions and needs - He's a good listener and a thoughtful problem solver. We are back in our house for the holidays, entertaining every weekend and totally loving our newly completed remodel! Strange how quickly the inconvenience and general drag of remodeling is forgotten (with 3 kids, 3 cats, 1 rabbit, and a dog the size of a small horse, "drag" is an understatement), because we're already thinking about and looking forward to working with Bill again on phase 2!
