This was the second large project for which we contracted with CCS. We have also used them for some handy man work. Their pricing always comes in at the mid price and the estimate is spelled out with specific line items, so you know exactly what is included and what is not. The office support by the Assistant Project Manager, Erin, was superb. She texted, called, emailed, followed up, etc almost every day and her follow up when things didn't go as planned was something to count on. The work was done in a professional manner and the workers were extra careful with the adjacent rooms, our yard, etc. to keep them in original condition.

CCS has done fantastic jobs for 7 projects for me over the last 5 years, mostly recently two bathroom wall-to-wall remodeling. They are professional and proficient at all levels, from sales, working crew, to on-site management and office support! Very impressed with their workmanship and dedication to quality. When things didn't go as planned, they always stand by their promise, never hesitate to come back to get them fixed in a timely manner. What also makes them stand out in this field is their flexibility to meet our needs, from design, material selections to scheduling. Highly recommended!!

Quality work! Highly recommend. We hired Clarksville after another contractor was unable to finish a kitchen and bath remodel and left some concerning plumbing and electrical issues. Patrice was personable and responsive and got working on an estimate right away despite being contacted in the middle of their busy season. John the project manager was easy going and professional. The plumbers and electricians were excellent. They double checked the previous work and fixed what needed to be fixed. Dexter and Alex installed the cabinets and trim and were fantastic. They did quality work and had attention to detail. It was such a huge relief and the kitchen and bathroom look phenomenal. Everyone we worked with were personable and professional.They finished the job when they said they would and were responsive to any concerns we had. My only regret is that we didn’t hire them in the first place.

We highly recommend Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). We began the process of looking for a company to finish our basement in October of 2018. CCS was one of the companies that we solicited for an estimate. It had previously repaired some cracked joists in our basement so we had some prior--albeit limited--experience with the company. Our entire experience with CCS was phenomenal. The sales representative, Kevin, was easy to work with and listened to our "basement wants." He also suggested ideas for things we had not thought about to help our basement be highly functional such as putting in a large storage closet. Our experience with Kevin is a primary reason we decided to contract with CCS. Representatives from other companies did not always listen to us and rather did not want to give us the design we were seeking but what they thought would be best. Specifically, other officials did not want to give us a large laundry room even commenting that people don't want laundry rooms anymore. Once we signed the proposal, CCS assigned a project manager and assistant to our job who reached out to us and provided us with necessary information so that we could make our product selections prior to beginning the job. The assistant, Veronica was fantastic and was always responsive to our requests. She clearly laid out items that were within our allowance and those that would exceed an allowance to help ensure we stayed within our budget. Our project manager Fidel was extremely personable and kept us informed of the job progress. He listened to our needs, stopped by our home almost every day during construction, and always addressed any issues or concerns we had. We were amazed at how often Fidel solicited our input throughout the process to ensure our needs were met. We also dealt with a number of CCS staff and subcontractors such as Beth, Megan, and Marcus. They were all polite, professional, and helpful. When entering our home, the workers took care to minimize any damage or dirt and always cleaned up at the end of each day. As with any renovation, there were some issues, but CCS always took action to make it right. We have a beautiful finished basement where we love to go everyday to do laundry, workout, or obtain items from storage. We highly recommend CCS for your renovation or construction needs and look forward to working with them on our future projects.

Recently, i had a complete renovation of our Master bathroom, Beginning with ordering materials, through demolition, completion of the electrical, the laying of tile, and finishing work, Clarksville Construction Services did an outstanding job. Kevin Youngblood, Lee Hoffheiser, Megan Miller of CCS worked as a team in managing the project. and I had great communication throughout the performance of the contract. All Technicians that performed the actual work were highly competent and a credit to the high standards of CCS. In the past I have had work done CCS on various projects in my home and would not hesitate to have them in the future.

After reviewing all the companies listed in the Howard County Best Picks book, I picked Clarksville Construction Services to come to my home to provide a quote for 6 handyman projects. I was instantly put at ease and connected with Doug; he was great! He listened carefully to what my goals were, and we went through all of my questions one by one. I was looking for a local company that could handle a variety of different projects small thru large. I was also looking for a company that I could use for future projects. It can be scary not knowing for sure that the company you choose will be reliable, listen to your questions and work with you to get you the outcome you're looking for. I was impressed when we had an onsite walk through with the guys before the work began, so everyone was clear on the tasks and you know who's going to knock on your door to do the work. They use a software application for tracking every step of the project from who your contacts are, picking materials, payments, pictures before and after, etc. There was never a time that I didn't know what came next. They left the house spotless and walked me through all of the work afterwards to be sure it was done as expected. I'm so glad I found them and can't wait to contact them for my next set of projects. We hired Clarksville Construction for a complete kitchen remodel. They replaced our cabinets and counter-tops along with all the appliances. They removed two bulkheads and modified a third and vented our microwave to the outside. The work exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with the project manager and the workmen who completed the job. They were all professional and friendly. We plan on using them again.

We hired Clarksville Construction to install a new deck at our home which was completed in July, 2018. The project was completed to the agreed specs and our satisfaction and the project manager and work crew were very conscientious, hard working and professional. They were very cooperative in response to our questions and made every effort to be responsive to our preferences and needs.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Clarksville Construction. I was in the process of selling my house when we had horrible storms that did a lot of damage to my home to include needing to replace the entire roof, replace an electrical panel, drywall repair due to flooding and mold remediation in my attic. It was a huge job and to top it off the timeline was extremely tight - only 3 weeks before I was supposed to close on the sale of my house. From first meeting Adam at the initial estimate to working with Beth throughout the process to having Fidel send me updates throughout the repairs, my experiences with Clarksville Construction was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional, punctual and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were even able to finish within my extremely tight deadline and helped me through a very stressful situation. I can't recommend them enough! Their prices are reasonable, their work is outstanding and they are just an absolute pleasure to do business with.

What can we say, their work was done in a timely manor,the workers were all very professional ,clean,neat and kept the job site clean and and were careful with the rest of the house also .From the start they gave us ideas we had not seen to make out finished job perfect .We are very happy and if we need more jobs done guess who we will call.

After demolishing my mold and asbestos infested basement down to the block wall, I hired Clarksville Construction to put it back together, but this time correctly with a full bathroom and updated electrical, insulation (there was none before) walls and flooring. I chose them because of the competent and educated estimator, Kevin Youngblood that came to my door to give me an estimate with listening ears and solid suggestions; their bid was fair and included a 5 year guarantee with their work. Their estimate was thorough and accurate. The project manager, Tom McHale was also extremely conscientious, personable and excellent with communicating & updating me with how things were going and any issues they ran into (since my house is really old). The craftsmen were excellent in their skills as well as friendly and respectful. I homeschool my daughter at home and was comforted beyond words to have been so fortunate to have respectful and competent construction workers in my home. My daughter got a whole new dimension to her home schooling! :-) The contractors became part of our family for the 3 months they were here. We were always happy to see them and they cleaned up so well every day. My home was not effected in its normal day to day activities, but instead was enhanced by the skilled, joyful and kind contractors that were working below us every day. [I can't believe I just called contractors "joyful"!] But they really were! Since then, I have began decorating homes again and have referred them to several of my clients when they needed updating. Two of which have hired them and are also very pleased. I would hire them in an instant for any future jobs that may come up. They also have this nifty on line accessible calendar that is updated regularly that tells you exactly what they will be doing what day. The project finished on time and their punch list was incredibly thorough. I would say they are hands down the best contractors I have every dealt with.

We contracted Clarksville Construction to perform what turned out to be a complete makeover of our main floor kitchen, dinning room and living room. Walls were removed, kitchen gutted and updated, floors refinished. What was once a stuffy dining room became an awesome den that we hang out in almost every night! We interviewed 3 companies, all with great reviews, but ultimately we chose Clarksville because they were the perfect fit for our needs. The job was completed within the estimated timeframe and when there were issues our project manager (Tom) immediately resolved them. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a great reliable contractor!

I hired Clarksville Construction to install a backsplash. We wanted to try them before moving onto separate projects. In doing so we found them to be extremely professional, incredibly clean, and great with timing. They did a fantastic job on all work. We look forward to using them again as they've been top notch!

I have used Clarksville Construction Services several times for various interior and exterior jobs at my home. They do excellent work. The staff is knowledgeable of various types of material that's needed for each job. The times that I have used their services, the job(s) is completed within a reasonable timeframe. In addition, the staff is not only friendly, but very professional. I would use them time and time again. What else can I say, other than, they are amazing.

I cannot say enough positive things about Clarksville. They did a major renovation on our home -- kitchen, master bath, my daughter's bath, laundry room. From beginning to end they were fantastic. They did high quality work and gave great attention to detail. I felt that the site supervisor cared as much about my home as I did. When an error was made, they addressed it immediately. I have heard nightmare stories about contractors and feel blessed that I had a dream team.

Clarksville was a great company to work with. We are very happy with our new office space and love our new Master Bathroom and closet. The team was courteous, very clean/tidy and they did great work.

From start to finish Clarksville Construction did impressive work. The estimator arrived on time for the initial appointment. The estimate arrived promptly. The work was scheduled quickly. At least one of the workers on site each day was fluent in English. The crews did excellent work. The project manager inspected the work and ensured I was satisfied before accepting the final check. As an interior designer, I rely on my sources to make the final outcome of my project shine. I am confident to say that Clarksville Construction is my most preferred contractor in the industry. We've been working together professionally for over eight years. They have so much support internally, whenever there is an issue, it is very quickly addressed and resolved. Clarksville Construction renovated our house after a previous contractor had ruined it. We were selling our house, and the job had to be done as quickly as possible to get it on the market. At the same time, they had to deal with the mess the previous contractor made. They made recommendations about what needed to be done, and created a detailed project plan, which they followed to a T. They completed it with time to spare. Clarksville Construction was knowledgeable, the people were kind and efficient, and they did an amazing job. They were on time and on budget. They know and understand design and pay great attention to detail. They are imaginative and great problem solvers. The work they did was superlative, and they kept in touch with us and communicated with us every step of the way. Their project managers, workers and their administrative staff were professional and effective. I would highly recommend them for any project, large or small, you would want them to do.

Clarksville Construction was the General Contractor on a project that began with a pine tree falling on my home and ended with a complete renovation of my kitchen. They were recommended by Servpro when I was having difficulty getting the tree removed from the house. They responded promptly, took the roof off the house and disposed of it, temporarily patched the roof, met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all damage was noted, put on a new roof, new siding and gutters, repaired all water damage in our kitchen, laundry room, and furnace room, worked with me on planning the renovation of the entire kitchen, and did the renovation. Other than the cabinet and countertop installation, and some furnace work, they performed all the work. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed by their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail. They responded promptly to all my requests, and made the overall traumatic experience as painless as possible, all for a fair price.

Clarksville completely remodeled our kitchen. They assisted us with the design, demolished our old kitchen and hauled away the debris, moved pipes, added electrical outlets, moved existing lighting and installed additional lighting, installed new cabinetry, coordinated with another vendor to install new flooring and another to install new counter tops, installed new appliances, and painted the room. They also did a variety of projects for us, such as installing a large chandelier in our great room, fixing a railing, and installing a door to a utility closet. I am extremely pleased with our experience with Clarksville. They were professional, responsive, very hard working, neat, and very skilled. The project was completed ahead of time and for the amount stated in the contract plus a few change orders I added as we went along. The end result is amazing -- their installers and craftsmen are top notch. Here are a few things I particularly appreciated. The planning process was very detailed, and included several visits to our home to talk through what we wanted, the challenges presented by our kitchen, suggestions for getting a better result, and to measure, measure, measure. When it came time to sign the contract, it was very detailed about what was and was not included because of the detailed planning process, and several options were built into the contract so we knew up front what the cost would be if we wanted to add special touches. We were very comfortable with the contract process, and the price was what we had expected and in line with what others in our neighborhood had paid for similar projects. We did not shop around for the lowest price (we usually would, particularly for a project this size) because quality and an on-time completion were important to us and Clarksville came highly recommended not just by Angie's List but also by our interior designer and the vendors we worked with for flooring, cabinets, and counter tops. Clarksville has an online calendar that we found very useful. We could see weeks in advance what work was going to be done on which day. We were usually also told a day or two in advance who would be at our house and what time they would be arriving. This made it so much easier to plan our lives. The calendar was part of a larger system that also kept track of our selections for cabinetry, faucets, tile, etc., and our change orders. Everything was well tracked and transparent, and there were no surprises. Communication in general was excellent -- our phone calls and emails were answered promptly, usually within a couple of hours. We added a number of things to our project. Clarksville was very accommodating. They were very responsive to our requests for pricing, and gave us good advice about the best way to get what we wanted. Several times they suggested alternatives that saved us money, which we appreciated. And throughout, they checked with us on many details to make sure that the work was being done the way we wanted it. Most of the crew who worked on our job were Clarksville employees, which meant that Clarksville could tell us with a fair amount of certainty that their plumber or their electrician or their painters would be at my house at a certain time (so we weren't left wondering if an independent contractor was going to be available or tied up on other jobs). It also meant that the crew was very friendly, polite, skilled, and neat. They treated our house with a lot of respect, covering everything and taking care not to cause damage. I particularly appreciated the care they took to seal off our kitchen from the rest of the house to minimize the spreading of dust. The guys worked really hard, often arriving by 7:30 am, taking a quick 20 minute break mid-day, and working until 6 pm. There is much more I appreciated, but I'll end with one final example: Clarksville went out of its way to minimize disruption to our lives while we were without a kitchen. They waited until the last minute to move our washer and dryer and re-installed them as soon as possible so we would have use of them. They gave us access to our garage through our kitchen as soon as possible, and made sure it would be safe for us to walk through the work site. They stored materials carefully so that we could park in half of our garage. Even before the project was done, they made sure we had working sinks so we could start using the kitchen again. They were very customer-focused and very thoughtful.

Clarksville Construction is a very professional business. Their work was perfect from the beginning of the project to the end. All questions were answered and the work was completed just the way we wanted. We've used them twice and will again!

Clarksville Construction Services replaced a large concrete back porch that had sunk 4" over the years. They replaced it with a stamped concrete porch and it looks terrific! Everyone I dealt with -- from the 'phone people" in the office, to Adam August to the project manager, all the workers, the concrete guys were businesslike but cordial. they answered questions,. explained things as we went along. My next door neighbors often came over to watch what was going in in anticipation of similar work at their place and they told me how efficient and organized the crews were. We both got the impression that everyone involved was skilled at their particular part of the operation and enjoyed what they were doing. the project began sooner than they had thought it would be and was completed early, in budget. I would recommend Clarksville Construction Services to anyone who wants a quality home improvement job done by good people.

We hired Clarksville to repair six windows, one of which was more complicated, and were very pleased with the results. They were prompt in coming out for an estimate and the work was completed before the expected time. The windows now work like new. A few days later two workers came out to touch up the paint. We have used Clarksville for major renovations this past year and continue to be very happy with their excellent work and ease of communication. This is a company that wants its customers to be satisfied.

Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.
