From start to finish Tim and his team at DAL were first class. I received over 5 quotes for a new front porch and DAL was the only one I trusted with the complicated project. I have worked with many contractors in the past two years and I would say DAL was the only one who went the extra mile with their project and provided pricing that truly reflected the quality of work (note: the quote was lower than other contractors I would consider of lower quality). Work was done ahead of schedule and I'm looking forward to working with the DAL team on projects in the coming years.

I hired DAL to do several things, all of which they did expertly. They included a complete bathroom remodel from the studs out, canister ceiling lights in 3 rooms, find a persistent leak in an upstairs bath which included opening and closing the ceiling, reinforcing a ceiling to hang a large chandelier, installing storm doors and their casements, restoring damaged drywall in several rooms and laying new tile. There work was great, they came on time and on days they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

What a fantastic job(s). I was first introduced to Dall Builders when my original contractor was doing a shoddy job. It was a mess! Dal came in pointed out what was needed gave an estamate that worked. Finished on time. This was my home which is an 1890's Greystone. The next job was more complicated and commercial. They came in under budget That has never happened to me before..Also gave suggestions that really helped the look of my facade. I would highly recomend Dal Builders to anyone

Dal built a deck on our chicago home,The project manager was very good at answering all our questions, they made sure to get all the proper city permits. The crew was professional and did excellent work. The owner even stopped by when they were done to make sure we were happy with everything.

We hired Dal builders to remodel out kitchen. The new design required removal of walls, rework of plumbing and electrical. The layout of new cabinets and island was tricky because there are 6 entry's to the kitchen but Dave came up with a design that worked out just great. The project progressed on schedule with little disruption to our daily schedule. The workers were respectful of our property and kept the dust to a minimum cleaning up at the end of each day. We had talked about this project for years and looking back, I don't know why we waited so long. The kitchen turned out beautiful.
