So nice to work with Sergey, the site manager, who has civil engineering education and experience in construction industry and completed buildings varying from houses to the complexity. We have been worked together for the last two years during the construction of three single family dwellings in West Vancouver. Sergey is responsible, clear thinking, accuracy all the time. Our beach house in Gleneagle area has very steep rocky slope access from our house to water front, it is about 200 Ft. We have chosen GDP Construction LTD to rebuild the whole stairs and decks on hard rock. We just discussed with Sergey how to change layout of new direction of walking way and left for vacation to Europe. When we returned back, we were stunned how nice , professionally and conveniently for use by family. Everything was perfect. In 2012 my wife and I purchased a townhouse built by Sergey. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness and design put into the unit. It was well built and our real estate agent and inspector noted several features and quality where the builder had gone above and beyond. Sergey is one of the best house builders around that I have worked with over the past 25 years. He takes immense pride in his work and spares no expense on quality . He is one of the most innovative builders and very creative with all the aspects of house construction. The quality of his work is unsurpassed . He has a very good knowledge of building codes and construction. He followed our structural drawings without any deviation and in fact never hesitated to do something better .
