We are very sorry that your experience with our team did not meet your expectations, nor our norm. As you noted yourself, we pride ourselves in the utmost customer service as is reflected in our numerous five star reviews - more than most in our industry.
To clarify about Jared’s position as our Production Manager, he did formerly have a position in the financial world – where he was quite successful – but he grew up in a family of trades people. When he found he missed the construction industry, we were lucky enough to snag him.
As for your concerns about the workmanship as outlined in the pictures, in any construction there is always movement and shrinkage in a cycle of a seasons. It is not a sign of shoddy workmanship but rather a function of where different materials meet.
Even though shrinkage and cracking due to drying or curing of materials is specifically excluded from the warranty section of our contract and your project is well beyond the warranty period, just give us a call and we will set up a time to make the necessary adjustments.
Respectfully, Paul Eric Morse for the entire team.
