Northern Trends Building & Design Inc. is a quality, licensed construction company located in the beautiful city of Duluth, Minnesota. We are an association of four owners/carpenters with a combined total of over 96 years of building experience. By participating in frequent continuing education, we are able to offer our customers the best available products and services for their homes and business structures. Our building projects have included a variety of custom homes, multi family homes, and business structures. Our drafting and design department offers drafting for permits, designs for remodeling, and full sets of blueprints for new home construction. We also offer home consulting to explore options for your home, and together, we will come up with a solution that will work within your budget.
