We are a family owned and operated construction and design company with over 24 years of experience. We started by doing small renovation jobs on a word of mouth basis, to building a loyal clientele and eventually to doing complete home remodeling projects, new construction, with both residential and commercial clients. Worked with Devon from Platinum on a bathroom remodel (new bathtub, tile around bathtub, fixing floor tile, paint). I had a leak around my bathtub, and he quickly could point out the root cause was the previous owner installed the bathtub wrong and hadn't done correct waterproofing.
The whole process was very easy. Once all the materials were ready, it only took about 2 weeks. Devon was able to get permit inspections set up quickly, so there were no delays on that end.
The team did a great job protecting the parts of the bathroom not being remodeled. I appreciated that Platinum also sent a quality manager to check on the progress. So far, I'm very happy with how the bathroom turned out.

I wanted to update my 90's outdated kitchen counter. I took a chance on Platinum Builders after finding them on Houzz and I am so glad I did! They were very responsive to my inquiry and accommodating with my schedule to set up an appointment to provide an estimate. I met with Joey who was professional and friendly. It was obvious that Platinum Builders was an experienced and organized company. I was impressed with the knowledge Joey had and grateful that he understood my unique needs when it came to replacing my countertop. Joey provided an estimate that was within my budget and we scheduled the work. Each of the workers that arrived from the demo team to the install team and plumbers were professional and so very neat and clean! They were careful of my property and courteous to my neighbors and my cat!! I am currently saving up for my next project and I will be hiring Platinum Builders to complete it.

I wish I would have known platinum builders, especially Mark ( project manager). From the initial consultation up to to final inspection, everything is done in orderly manner. Saul and his team did an excellent job in replacing the drywall, installing the vanity and tiling the bathroom floor. Before starting the area is covered and cleaned up after the project is done. Again, thank you Mark, Saul and his team. Highly recommended this company.

Im extremely grateful to have found these guys! Where do I begin... They started by giving me a free estimate of the of the actual cost, they waived a multitude of fees for me as well! I couldn't be happier with this project. Fast, efficient, beautiful, reasonably priced. Everything was simply stellar. Wanted a remodel for my bathtub and instead of the basic color I got a cream color instead. They also replaced my bathtub to a drop tub. Very boxy just how I wanted it to look, I got a very huge bathroom so this looks more filling. Everything was very top notch and they kept me up to date with everything. I appreciate the awesome work they did and if I ever need something else done I will be quick to call them again. Thank you a lot for everything. It was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Scheduling and communications was incredible & Gil ( project manager ) was always on top of the details, which included obtaining the city permits, & keeping me informed as we went along.
During the build Gil made sure the placement of everything worked & came up with ideas that would enhance the area. He and the fantastic crew answered my many questions and explained the process as we went along which I really appreciated. We love our home and are super happy we have found someone we can trust.

We love our new kitchen! We had everything remodeled, from new flooring to new cabinets, and am so happy with the outcome. Gil made the design process easy and fun. Even when We were waffling or doubting our decisions, Gil’s Input and decision making always turned out to be spot on. Any existing issues with the house were addressed with input from the professionals and we just can’t tell you how much this new kitchen has improved our home and made our life easier.
They have also been great about follow up with any issues that have arisen after completion of the work. Hire Gil u won’t be disappointed!

The kitchen was completely gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Gil worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Gil and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend Platinum Home Builders to our friends and family and plan on having Gil back when we are ready for our next project.

We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel. We gutted our entire kitchen and replaced everything! From the beginning of the process to the end, Platinum Home Builders were so helpful. The workers were very professional, timely and neat while working. Not once did they leave our home in a disarray. The project manager, Gil, was very good. He always kept us up to date on all time lines. He was excellent. Would highly recommend their services.

Platinum Home Builders renovated our bathroom in 9 days! Their estimate was $5,000 cheaper than other estimates. The quality of the work was excellent. I needed some minor adjustments to the job after I paid, but they were made in a timely manner. We are very pleased!

Wow This was a great find. They remodeled our kitchen and did it in a very timely matter.
From the start of the project to the end they were top notch. The planning of the kitchen when thru many revisions and they were not phased by any of these changes. Once we were set on a plan they went right to work and did outstanding jog.
We would highly recommend this company. Thanks to Gil !! He nailed it !

Gil and his team did a fantastic job! They were truly the most courteous and friendly service people we've ever had here. Not only did they do a superb job of cleaning up, vacuuming all the way down the steps (even in the corners) and swept the garage. The outcome is absolutely stunning ! Our kitchen looks like it came out of a magazine !

We had a remodel/ addition adding 2 new bedrooms, 1 new bathroom, and remodel of existing home. I was very happy with the project that included building, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, and tile. Worried before how much chaos this would be, but Gil and his crews were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It took less time than expected, and helped us save money. I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Gil @ Platinum Home Builders did a room addition, built a new kitchen in the addition,new windows and doors and exterior stucco. We went from a small cramped kitchen to a huge new open concept great room. This was a major transformation. We now have tons of storage and counter space. The new windows and doors look great and really help keep the house cool which we are noticing now. I don't know how we ever lived without these improvements. Thank you Gil!!

Platinum Home Builders was amazing to work with. Because of living in a townhouse, we had some restrictions to work with and the designers did an unbelievable job of working with them. We couldn’t remove any walls but when it was done, it felt like the entire layout of the kitchen was changed. We were also on a very strict budget and they made sure to stick with that budget. They were consistently in touch with us to let us know where in the process it was and once the renovation started, they were always checking in. They are not only excited to do the job, but are excited for you and can’t wait to see the finished product themselves! I can’t help but to mention the contractor. He is so easy to work with. He is extremely flexible and will work with your schedule! Highly recommend!!

We just had our bathroom re-done by Platinum and are thrilled with the results. The entire experience was excellent. The team were professional, personable, and more than accomodating. Gil, the owner was involved and spent a lot of time with us to ensure that we were happy with the design and outcome. The job was completed in one week, the cost was just as promised, and we have a new beautiful bathroom with minimal disruption to our lives... I highly recommend Platinum Home Builders.

Gil responded quickly to our inquiry, provided an easy to understand estimate, answered all our questions, seemed extremely knowledgeable about the work, and performed the work to our satisfaction in July 2021.. He promptly returned our calls, made scheduling the time to perform the work easy, arrived promptly, cleaned up well after himself, and acted professionally every step of the way. His estimate, when compared to other roofers we approached, was more thorough and seemed to be priced reasonably for the work requested. He provided an easy to understand, written guarantee. We have since recommended him to several of our neighbors to do the same work for them. We would rehire him. Thank you for installing a roof over our head.

I hired this company to assist with a new room for my mother in law. Service quality was spectacular and the crew were really efficient. They literally got the job done in about 3-4 weeks. I had the permits already so that saved some time but the job itself was incredibly well done. I was originally looking at another contractor that a friend of mine used in their place but then I had another friend recommend these guys in the last minute and I took a chance and it worked beautifully. Big shout out to Gil & his crew. Gil is one of a kind !!! Professional, friendly and he knows the field !!! Thank you for making this process stress free !

I had a bad leak that damaged my bathroom and kitchen. My brothers girlfriend was the one who told me about them. I called Platinum and spoke to Gil who was so nice and made me confident that the job would be good. They fixed the leak and remodeled the bathroom and the kitchen for me. They bought all the materials as I didn't have time or the car space to do that. They were easy to work with. Would definitely have them do my next project.

So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum
