Recently Matt, Greg, and the Project Manager Justin helped take my long time rental property and prepare it to go on the Market. After replacing 2/3 of the fence, replacing all of the 1st floor carpet with Luxury Vinyl Flooring (plus the stair treads too!), replaced all 7 ceiling fans, and painted every paintable surface inside the home. The house was only on the market for 3 days (over a weekend) and we received multiple above asking offers. This is the second project that Republic Building has done for me and I will continue to use them in the future.

Matt and his crew are amazing! We hired them to complete a small but complex rooftop/sunset deck and it turned out even better than expected. Considering that no other contractor even wanted to take on the job, Matt's willingness and enthusiasm for the project allowed our dream to become realized. I hired Republic Building Co. (RBC) to remodel my one-bedroom condo in July 2021. Prior to choosing them, I interviewed six contractors and while RBC was not the cheapest option, I had the best interaction with Matt and my gut told me he was a stand-up person. Now almost six months later, I can attest that my instincts were dead-on. I completely remodeled my condo with everything from replumbing the unit to installing new windows. Since nothing was being left as-is, it was a big project to take on and as my first remodel, I was nervous to say the least. However, Matt, Kevin, and Juan made it a breeze. If we hit a roadblock -- which for a condo built in the 70’s was inevitable -- they over-communicated and worked with me to find a creative solution. After two and a half months my project was complete and my home is beautiful. The best part? It was stress-free and within budget! I have received so many compliments on their work and have recommended Republic Building Co. to all of my friends. If you need a reliable team that does fantastic work, look no further.

Matt and his project manager, Justin, were fantastic to work with and did a great job on my home. Matt and Justin were easy to communicate with during the entire process and were able to change their work plan on the fly when some unexpected issues popped up. Republic Building Company has completed two projects for us: a bathroom tub to walk in shower remodel (included new floor tile and paint) in 2019 and a rebuild from a water leak (damage to bathroom, hallway, laundry room and kitchen) in December 2021. We were very pleased with workmanship, attention to detail and completion on schedule of both projects.

Matt and his crew did a few projects for my wife and I at our condo and did a incredible jobs. We essentially had an entire kitchen makeover where the breakfast bar was lowered, new countertops installed, and a new backsplash tiled. Republic also did new trim throughout our whole condo and made it look updated and so much better. Communication was excellent and the team had our project done in the time frame they expected in the amount they estimated prior to starting. Strongly recommend and will use Republic in the future for any job big or small.

Loved working with Matt and his team! They do great work and a reasonable price. Get in line because they can be busy. They did a few jobs at my business and my home. Highly recommend!
