Another awesome Reno completed by Superior Finish Contracting. Apartment bathroom completely replaced. Tub removed and new shower installed, new toilet, vanity. Always a pleasure to work with Terry and Tony. They also sealed our driveway and did a fantastic job.

I recently had a shed built in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the project. Throughout the construction process, the job site was kept impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. Working with Terry was a fantastic experience. He made revisions to our original design that significantly improved both the look and functionality of the shed. His suggestions were spot-on and showcased his expertise and commitment to delivering the best possible outcome. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The team was responsive, professional, and consistently kept me informed of the progress. Their workmanship is truly top-notch, and I highly recommend them for any construction project.

I recently added a sunroom to the back of my home. The interior had to be finished, so I hired Terry and Tony . They painted the brick wall, laid luxury vinyl plank flooring, hung a large shelf and installed an old mantle. They do impeccable work, always on time and never vary from the original estimate-- no last minute surprises! They are always willing to explain any questions I had and finished everything to perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a home project. It will certainly be done right!

We hired Superior Finish Contracting to finish our basement (finish basement flooring and washroom, paint basement, finish fireplace, install baseboards, trim and doors). We really appreciated their professionalism and work ethic. Tony and Terry care about the work they do and they ensure that it is of the highest quality. In addition, they worked alongside us as a team and kept us informed about current styles and trends of home renovation. Overall, they did an excellent job and my family has truly enjoyed spending time in our new space. Tony and Terry at Superior Finish Contracting are class acts all the way. If you want your home done on-time, on-budget, with open and honest communication every step of the way then you need to go with them. We had our entire main floor renovated with them as well as the whole basement done. When I tell you the level of craftsmanship and professionalism they brought to the table is unmatched I mean it. The entire process started on January 1st and I had my stunning new home back to normal working order by mid March. They were so efficient, had the best team, and I always knew at the end of the day what had been done and what they would be working on the next day. These guys are honest, hardworking, family men who know how to keep a lady like me feel at ease during a major major life project. Not only did they have the best skills and eye for detail, they truly care about what you want, make sure that the purpose and function of things aligns with what you are after, and go above and beyond to fix little things they don’t have to (like a stiff door, or off level door frame) without even mentioning it or charging. We lived in the house through the renovation so the cleanliness of the site was so appreciated - they cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of every night ensuring no one would get hurt and minimal dust. Their team felt like it became part of our family, they loved to see our kiddo when he got home at the end of the day, they loved our dog and always made sure to greet, play with and share a treat (sometimes even a lunch with him lol!) I worked from home during the entire renovation and they were so accommodating and courteous at every encounter. These are the guys you want to do a renovation with. In my opinion, there are no other options. Just as I said, a class act all the way through. Smart, on time, efficient, honest, just really really good humans that do great work. If I ever decide to have anything done again, they will be my only phone call.

Extremely pleased with our experience using this company. The job was completed ahead of time and on budget. The trades people they used were extremely skilled resulting in excellent results. The communication provided by Tony and his team was outstanding. The finished project was well above our expectations, I would highly recommend this company.

It's hard to describe how good a team is but here I go. We were looking for quotes to do our renovation and the only one that came, look at the house and gave real recommendations, a fast estimate and a down to earth price was Terry, a lot of other people just sent us quotes over the phone and a few even said that anything less than 120k was not worth their time. Terry and his crew came every day at the time they said they'll come, their attention to detail, experience and speed are unmatched, it is very easy to find horror stories about contractors but I don't have a single bad thing to say about them, we have the house we wanted and we'll be forever grateful (we even loved the music they played, I need that playlist ). We had our floors done, removed a wall connecting the kitchen and living room, painted, renovated the bathroom, changed the stairs, changed the electrical panel, installed pot lights and light on every room and they did all of that in less than the time they promised, can't recommend them enough, so many people and they all worked like one.

We don't have a huge basement, but a lot work and time management went into completing it. Moreso than expected. Covid put a lot of delays across the board, but also there were problems that needed correcting from the original home-builder's structure - as well as extra installations/additions that naturally arrived from doing the fixes - in order to achieve the desired result. Working together with Superior Finish Contractors, we tackled the challenges and created a basement that had some pretty detailed and unique finishes. A five-star performance was given by the sub-contractors they hired to complete the areas like electrical, mudding and taping, carpet installation, etc. They were very easy to work with and took the time to address any questions or concerns, with pleasure. We had a few specialized lighting layouts and designs, and the electrical team had the experience to set it all up. Overall, we are excited to finally make use of our basement, and that it was all done to builder's code.

Superior Finish Contracting recently completed a renovation -- a transformation, really -- of my family's basement. What was once a cluttered, unfinished storage area has been utterly reimagined and brought to life by Superior Finish. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of their work met and exceeded all our expectations. But that is only part of what makes working with Superior Finish such a pleasure. Terry, Tony, Welland, and Steve are simply the most courteous, hardworking, honest and helpful contractors I have ever worked with (and, as a former apartment building superintendent, I have worked with many, many contractors). They are punctual, detail-oriented, organized, AND their taste in music is superb too. This will sound corny, but my family was actually sad when the work was done because we miss having the crew around. But we can console ourselves in our amazing-beyond-all-expectations basement rec room. Thank you Superior Finish. You certainly live up to your name, and then some.

When deciding to complete a renovation of my main floor I met with several different contractors for quotes. After meeting with Terry and Tony, I knew I had found the right team for the job. They were instrumental in helping me organize and plan the renovation details and ensured that every detail was considered. My project quickly expanded into more then I had originally planned for and they were able to accommodate my changes and arrange for the appropriate trades in a timely manner. They were even helpful with deciding finishes and decor pieces, giving solid feedback and experienced perspective which helped ease my required decision making. These guys are professional and knowledgeable and leave you with peace of mind, knowing that you are in good hands. Timelines and pricing were always made transparent and any delays were communicated as soon as they were aware, which was greatly appreciated. This team went above and beyond, fixing things in the home that weren’t included in the contract but they recognized as needing fixed. For example, my son’s closet door was broken and I was having issues with my front door handle. These two issues and a few others they repaired without having to be asked and also didn’t bill me for! I also want to mention how clean they are, every night when I came home, their tools were neatly put away and the dust and debris were cleaned as much as possible, which was greatly appreciated and made living in the home through the renovation much more bearable! The finished project was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my home, it feels revived and brand new and it is all in thanks to them and the superior quality of their work! If you are considering a project in your home, this decision is a no brainer! They are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, show great initiative and follow through, are always on time. Also, I must add these guys are very personable and funny, so much so that you will miss them when they are gone and will be left feeling like you have made new friends! I really enjoyed working with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing work on their home. You will not be left disappointed!

I hired Tony and Terry to do my main floor renovation which included my kitchen. From start to finish they were up front with all the costs and what needed to be done for the reno to go smoothly. They took the time to paint my front door and ceilings and do little things i wouldn't have thought of to make my home look like new. They made me feel comfortable with this being my first reno and all the stress that goes with it. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'd recommend them to anyone. *Side note* They came over to have a look at my leaking shower and had a plumber come by same day to fix it. These guys are great and I'm glad i have them in my corner being a home owner.

We hired Terry and Tony for a major project. We converted a single family home into a duplex. It was a large undertaking which involved drawings, permits, demolition and refinishing the entire property. A large project like ours would be a lot to undertake under normal circumstances, but given the project was done during the Covid Year that created many unknown and potential construction issues and rising building material prices, the guys did an amazing job keeping the job site clean, safe and coming in on budget. The property was a 100 year old house that needed to be gutted down to the studs and refinished with new, electrical, plumbing, insulation and finishes. Old homes always present problems. Terry and Tony were able to give us practical solutions to any unforeseen problems that arose. We were extremely impressed with their carpentry work and finishes. They were able deal with uneven walls and floors and window and doors that weren’t plum and true. The finished product looks amazing! We are planning on updating our personal residence and we will definitely be hiring Terry, Tony and their crew. In the end, they came in on budget, kept the job site clean, dealt with any potential issues, and the end product looks amazing!
