“The entire life cycle of the project with Proof Contracting from quotation, to project close-out was exceptional. Renovation included full demolition and upgrades to upstairs bathroom ensuite and main floor laundry room. Adam was patient and professional throughout our many changes and provided prompt pricing as requested. Quotations were always well detailed and provided clear visibility to our many pricing options. Mobilization and planning included extra thought and care to protect our existing flooring by placement of floor coverings, and plastic barriers were installed to prevent dust from becoming airborne within the house. Demolition was fast which limited the construction debris to a short timeline. Materials and tools were always stored in an orderly fashion to prevent any tripping hazards or safety risks during non-working hours. Material deliveries were well organized to prevent any construction delays, and project was completed as per forecasted schedule. Selected Subcontractors were also professional and provided an excellent final product. The final renovation results exceeded our expectations and we have already contacted Proof Contracting for their second renovation project in our house!”

“Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“Ryan is dedicated to his projects. It is evident he truly wants to see his clients happy and satisfied with their project and has proved to us he is willing to do his very best to make it happen. He competently guided us through our extensive renovation and even rolled up his sleeves to help when timing was important. He found mistakes in the work of other contractors and quietly worked with them to make it right. Always keeping our budget in mind as the inevitable unexpected situations arose, he was able to keep us on track and aware of budget limitations. “We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We have had a good experience working with Lester from Imagine Your Home as we went through a home reno project. He helped us from the start when we just had some basic ideas of what we wanted to do. His knowledge and experience in the building industry shone through as we stepped our way through the project. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking at either building or renovating their home. We took our early 80's bungalow and freshened it up, added a 2 car garage and office, and got a bigger kitchen out of the deal, which was what we wanted in the first place. Lester has been very good at using creative ideas to utilize space in a practical way, and make it look nice at current with 2013.”

“My wife and I have worked with Richard on several projects, from a bedroom addition to cottage retreat and finally art studio transformation. We keep coming back to Richard, because in addition to his architectural problem-solving skills we always know that we can count on his creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management abilities. From the beginning design consultations to product selection and placement, no detail is overlooked and Richard's own enthusiasm for our projects almost seemed to eclipse our own. Richard's attention to detail begins with the first client meeting, making sure that he understands your vision above all else before he ever picks up his pencil to create. In working for us, he helped transform an attic space of our home into a stunning master suite, bringing transitional elegance that gave needed spark to our space, while respecting the historic integrity of our century home. Later, when we bought our northern getaway, he transformed the drafty, characterless barn of a building that we had purchased, into a truly one-of-kind masterpiece that was at once a home, and at home in its setting. Later, I came to know Richard as an artisan supplier on some of his projects. Through this I experienced his attention to the overall project vision and client expectations from behind the scenes.
