After reviewing 4 different contractors I felt most comfortable working with Tal. We did several remodeling projects at our house. Me and my wife super happy with the results! Communication was great, fair price, Noy helped us choose design and finish materials. I have to say Tal put a lot of attention to every small details- small corrections that we didnt notice he took care of it in the spot. It was a great experience working with T&N Remodeling Inc. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We found Aiden / T&N Remodeling on Yelp after going through quite a few profiles. So glad and lucky we did, he was available very quickly to come give us a bid on opening up and remodeling our kitchen. This was in December as we were getting close to the Christmas/NYE holiday break and we were surprised that Aiden was able to mobilize his crew right away to start the project quickly before Christmas. Working with Aiden was a delight, he frequently stopped by the site to check on workers and also helped with design ideas throughout the process. Aiden is so on top of things that we had contracted our kitchen cabinets (before meeting him) with someone else and this contractor had some delays but Aiden helped us stay on track by routinely checking to make sure our cabinet contractor was speeding things up so Aiden could finally complete the kitchen remodel within our desired initial timeframe. This is great, especially in a world in which the client is the usually the only one pushing everybody to complete. In this case it was T&N who also helped making staying on track a priority, much like having a mother make sure you finish your homework ;). Incredible accountability, reliability, speed of completion, ability to handle entire remodels (has all the tradespeople you need!), good pricing,... and on top of this a great personality with a cute sense of humor. As a real estate agent, I now recommend T&N to my Los Angeles clients in need of a solid GC for their remodel needs.

The entire T&N family is absolutely amazing! Aidan was our point person, and from brainstorming remodeling designs to the last finishing touch, he provided tremendous and support. We were a bit nervous to approach remodeling our house, but with their help we felt confident about our design choices and get compliments on our house all the time! Our neighbors have even started remodeling, and their going with T&N. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for renovations on our other properties!

We had the exterior repaired and painted, windows replaced, a deck rebuilt, and a patio tiled. Tal said he would be there everyday, which probably is more than necessary, but he wasn't there nearly that often. We had to constantly check over things, catching the workers painting over termite-damaged window frames and dry rot damaged fascia, almost using the wrong paint, etc. We had to have them redo the patio tile because it wasn't done properly (and had to push to get them to pay for the replacement tile!) We also had to have parts of the deck surfacing redone. Do not recommend. You pay a professional to take care of a job for you so that you don’t have to worry about it. In this case we had to check over everything and micromanage. Not worth the head ache.

Since we bought the house we were so suspicious regarding choosing the right contractor after hearing so many stories..but with T&N Remodeling I don't think it could be easier!! Work was great, clean, on time and the results is so beautiful!!! For sure will work with Tal again in the future and already recommend to my friends:)

Right after closing escrow I had some projects needed asap, T&N Remodeling came, left amazing impression- on time, very detailed, price was fair with a lot of value, very professional. After comparing all the meetings me and my wife knee Tal was the guy to work with. The job went super smooth, clean and also the city inspector said that the workers know what they doing. Was great working with T&N Remodeling and will keep them on mind for the next project, highly recommend!!!

Aiden was reachable at any time and kept us updated every step of the way. We reached out to him with questions regarding our finished material selections and he was right there to give us his professional advice and suggestions. He truly cares and is enthusiastic about his customer's needs and wants and that's so important when tackling any remodel project in your home. Work was professional, price was fair, and we even finished the project earlier than expected! If you are looking for a contractor you can stop your search now! Hire T&N remodeling. I have worked with several contractors in the past and none compare to the quality of work, work ethic, honesty, fairness in price, communication and so much more of Tal & Noy! They truly care about their work and doing the best job possible for you! I will never look again for another contractor for any job needed. We will be using them again for a room extension. They did our roof first and when the inspector came he said to us “Whoever did this knows what they are doing. Believe me, I’ve seen a lot of shotty work, you can always tell...but this is the best work.” And not only the best - but efficient. There was 0 hassle getting them scheduled and getting the job completed within days....not weeks or months! The next job was the removal of our old patio that was not to code and replacing with a beautiful new outdoor living space. Once the city approved the permits, the job again, was done efficiently and beautifully. Tal has the best people for any job - from start to clean up to finish! He and Noy will accept nothing less and they will give you the best price for the best work! They can be trusted and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Go with these guys! I’m telling you. Your search is over.

T&N Remodeling did a great job with our master bathroom. After the previous contractor ran away from the job (Preferred Home Builders) Tal came in and saved the project. The project was complicated with structural modifications but was completed well. Thanks for everything Tal!

I recently purchased a fixer and wanted to gut and remodel one bathroom which included removing a hall closet to expand the shower, which was built for The Slender Man apparently, but I digress. I got three quotes when trying to find a contractor to do the job and this was my first indication that Aiden and T&N were a step above the rest. The other quotes came in the form of a price estimate through a text message, nothing more. Aiden completed a full scope-of-work in the contract, while paying attention to my wants and needs for the project. He presented the SOW and contract in a branded folder with additional forms and instructions. He set the expectation of what materials I needed to purchase and what he would supply at the onset and pointed me in the direction of where to procure high quality materials at a good price. If I had questions about pricing or materials, he was available via phone, text or facetime to consult and let me know if I should purchase it or if he could find a better price for similar product. Once the work began, it proceeded very quickly (tile showers take forever so buckle up) and Aiden handled all the coordination from start to finish. His team was thorough and polite while on site, answering all my questions and taking my requests or suggestions into consideration. End result- The bathroom looks f*cking amazing!!! I couldn’t be happier. I’m a real estate agent so I work with a lot of different contractors and I can tell you most of them are horrible. T&N pays attention to the business and customer relations aspects, not only the work to be done and that means a lot to me. I have, and will continue to, refer all my clients needing construction to T&N.

They did a great job, I had to get a house ready for renting. They came up with solutions that economized me close to $5 000. They were on time and they did what they promised. Highly recommend. it is so hard to find a good renovation company these days.
