I had a great experience with VNCM who built the surround and incorporated a 100 + year old Douglas Fir beam as my the mantle. Ben did a great job managing the project, keeping me informed and the work moving forward. Kevin was fantastic as carpenter. He was punctual and reliable and did great work with the framing and drywall installation. And Shingoo was ever so patient sanding the stain off the beam so the natural wood grain would stand out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team and will definitely be using them again.

Venture North came out to the site and discussed the work before providing a cost estimate. Although it was a relatively small project, I found them to be professional and polite. I would definitely call them again for future work.

He has instilled working ethics in his crew. My home was a disaster when they started work on it. When they finished, I was proud to show off my home. He abided by the plan we came up with, especially the priorities like roof repairs, installing new walls, designing a new bathroom, and the list goes on. A joy to deal with. Very respectful and comes up with money saving ideas, but quality work. I would very much recommend Venture North Construction.
