Arnett construction did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel. Every worker was respectful, clean, professional and got their job done on time. Our project manager was the best! He kept everything moving along he made sure all aspects of the remodel were done correctly and he was calm and confident. I would highly recommend Arnett construction for new or remodel projects! I look forward to working with them again on another remodel in my home.

Travis and his team were nothing short of amazing. Our custom dream home was built on time and on budget and is simply stunning. Communication was easy and open and any questions we had were answered promptly. We have lived in our home now for almost 2 weeks and are having difficulty even finding items for a punch list. An added bonus to using Arnett Custom Homes is Travis’s keen eye for design and creativity. The office staff, including the manager Michelle, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable which helped the flow of the project as well. Without hesitation I recommend them to anyone who wishes to see their dreams brought to life!

Travis and his team recently built a house for my family on Johns Island. He did an excellent job from the beginning with a thorough bid and detailed cost estimate. He clearly delineated what was included in the bid. Once we got started, he worked quickly and efficiently to build the house and completed the project in approximately 7 months. We have been in the house for several months and are impressed with the overall quality. We are also pleased that Travis has been willing to address several small punchlist items that make the house even more enjoyable. Thanks to Travis, Michelle and his crew for job well done!

Arnett Construction recently completed a rather difficult job for me on Johns Island. Construction included huge beams, architectural detail, and an unusual design. No project is without issues, but whenever a problem occurred, Travis was able to find solutions or offer reasonable options. His price is fair and the finished product is good quality.

Travis and Arnett Construction masterfully completed renovating our Charleston single home built in 1885. The entire process was stress-free with the team explaining all of the steps to make our home a showcase house, and a place for us to create a lifetime of memories. Restoring an historic home to its former glory requires a level of master craftsmanship, understanding how to work together with the city architect, BAR, and the entire team involved in approving permits, design and modifications. The finished home exceeded all of our expectations, from the structural steel, the impressive framing with attention to detail, complex piazza rebuilding with historic detail, refinishing original heart pine floors, and piecing together a million parts into a beautiful home. THANK YOU to everyone at Arnett Construction – we have a place to call home now in Charleston that we will cherish for the remainder of our lives!

Per plan, on budget and on time! I hired Arnett Construction for an extensive rehab/remodel of an 1860 Charleston Single. All walls inside and out were taken down to the studs and rebuilt, all systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC) were replaced, 2 1/2 bathrooms were added and a room addition was built at the back of the house to become the kitchen. During the entire project, I found Travis Arnett to be on top of things, managing the project, the subcontractors and the city inspections very well. I particularly appreciated Travis's approach to unforeseen problems. His solutions were always sensible and practical. The quality of the tradesmen on his payroll (framing and carpentry in particular) are a tribute to his company. Travis is also very knowledgeable about local resources (kitchen designer, appliance, tile suppliers etc...) and will spend time to assist you navigating the endless options. I will not hesitate to hire Arnett Construction for another project. Job very well done!

Travis Arnett is a truly gifted builder. We have just completed a custom beach house on Isle of Palms and Travis' talent, integrity and enthusiasm made the experience truly joyous. As we live out of town, we relied on Travis for everything and we were never disappointed. He completed every task we asked of him on time and within budget. It was a pleasure to see his mind at work solving any challenges we faced in our project. His crew is as wonderful as he is and they go above and beyond in completing their work. We hired Arnett Construction to do a full renovation on our 1912 Charleston single home downtown and were very pleased with the results. We were nervous about starting a renovation on a home in a city we don't live in, not being able to check in on the project daily, but they were on our project everyday and kept us up to date on every aspect. Arnett Construction was able to take all our design ideas for the home and make them a reality. It's incredible to be able to walk thru our home and see it exactly as we pictured it. Arnett Construction did a good job in demolishing an old home on beach and building a new one. There were no problems during construction and I was completely satisfied on completion. This company has after completion efficiently and completely completed smaller projects regarding this oceanfront beach house.And I plan an addition later this year or next which I plan to use Arnett Construction in completing.I would recommend Arnett Construction LLC without hesitation to anyone for completion of New Home.

Arnett Construction completed a renovation of a bathroom in my home (which was built in 1940). Although they found some surprises when they removed the existing tub and floor, they were able to fix all of the structural issues (that existed) and still keep the costs within my budget. The design for the bathroom was a little tricky, as it is in a 2nd floor master with slanted ceilings and skylights. The suggestions we got and implemented turned out amazing and the bathroom is now a standout room in the home. I would recommend Arnett Construction to anyone doing home remodeling.

I hired the Arnett Construction Co. to renovate a second floor apartment in a 1905 Charleston single house. The first floor is commercial and the second floor is residential. What impressed me the most is that Travis Arnett, the owner, is a hands on guy and he was present practically every day. From beginning of plans for the remodeling to the end, he listened to my thoughts, then offered real solutions. He thinks outside the box and the final product is absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the outcome which included new kitchen cabinets, appliances, lighting, island and new bathroom with new flooring, shower, toilet and sink, plus all new fixtures. He removed a wall and accommodated HVAC, washer/dryer in new spaces. The roof was recoated, the entire building repainted, etc. All his staff are personable and performed their respective jobs in a most professional manner. This renovation went smoothly and was fun. I thank Travis for this.

Commented: Backsplash?The backsplash is Mohawk porcelain tile. We set it without grout joints to make it look like real wood and its fooled a lot of people.
