Early in 2011, President and Founder of Centra Homes Dale Wills purchased the Minnesota assets of one of the largest privately owned residential home builders in the country. Chief among the assets that he acquired was a very experienced and talented team of construction, purchasing, management and sales professionals in the Twin Cities. Centra Homes is continuing to build on that already strong foundation as it pursues new growth opportunities throughout the Twin Cities. Centra Homes remained an active home builder even during the downturn in the housing market. We are recognized as one of the top 10 residential builders in the Twin Cities, and we currently have projects in various stages of development in nearly a dozen different communities throughout the metro.
