“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

So many of the OTHER builders I work with offer their customers allowances that are not consistant with the value of the homes that are built. “We would highly recommend Pillar Homes to build or remodel a home. We had our home built by Pillar Homes in 2011, and have been satisfied on all accounts- from the design process, to the build, and follow-up once we moved in. We were able to express our ideas and visions, and Pillar helped us shape them into reality. They listened carefully to our needs, but still allowed us to direct the creative process. A healthy home and environmentally responsible build were also high priorities, and a big reason we chose Pillar Homes and KC Chermak. The experience was fluid and surprisingly lacking in stress. In addition, we built our home while living in another state, and the Pillar team made it all work.”

“We had our home remodeled by CH Custom Homes and I am happier than I even thought I could be! Standing in my family room and looking into my kitchen actually gives me goosebumps! I would recommend the Custom team without any hesitation. From the beginning to the end I had nothing but positive experiences. From the estimate process, to the demolition, to the finish project everyone that I work with was nothing but Top Notch. It actually seems strange not having them around anymore!”
