Thad Vaughn is the founder and owner of JT Custom Homes, LLC. Thad and his family started JT Custom Homes by building speculative homes in the Cle Elum, Washington area and have progressed into quality custom homes and multi-family projects. Although skilled and confident in all types and styles of construction, our niche is the Northwest mountain cabin. Thad manages the everyday operations for all of the employees, clients, sub-contractors and projects. He personally works with the clients to establish a budget and then provides them with a detailed breakdown of costs. He prides himself on being a working project manager. He enjoys the construction process and finds that he has a better relationship and better-built home when he personally puts his hand on each and every project.
