Method Homes

We hired Method Homes for a complete main floor renovation in an old house. This included a new kitchen, new flooring, opening up a wall, re-wiring, re-plumbing, new hot water rads, new custom walnut peninsula, new doors, new LED potlights throughout, hetc. Chris and his team were expert, professional, on time and on budget. There is always some stress in a renovation but we were able to overcome every issue that came up. Although Method is not the cheapest contractor, we were not looking for the cheapest... we wanted quality at a realistic price which is what we got.

My husband and I were nervous about starting our big house renovation and addition but Method Homes (its office staff, project managers, workers, and tradesmen) really helped ease our mind and guide us through the process. They were all very professional and reliable. We were constantly impressed by their work and its progress. Schedules and timelines were met and our confidence grew. Even our neighbours would comment regularly about how our crew was diligent and hard working. We were amazed that we were back in our house as scheduled and it was more beautiful than we had expected. The craftsmanship and detail were extraordinary. Method listened to us and understood our vision and made it a reality even better than what we had dreamed. Their full service company provided us with both interior, exterior and landscaping updates for our home. Highly recommend Method Homes. They expanded our 90 year old house - basement, first floor and second floor. It was a complicated reno, and the result is outstanding.
