Commented: Pool wall??Yes, it does require additional structural considerations when build a pool up out of the ground like this. This can be an expensive undertaking, but a dramatic effect as well.

Commented: What size lot does this house sit on?This lot is +/-5 acres, but much of it is unbuildable. We had to create the building area and back yard by bringing in huge stone blocks and terracing retaining walls up about 20 feet.
