Excellent company to work with. Great communication, quality product great references for architect , landscape and pool companies. Only hiccup was the painter was sub-par. Had to have them out a couple times for touch ups.

We worked with Brad in the initial steps of the project to build our dream home. He was so easy to work with meeting at the lot and then putting us in touch with an architect. Brad continued to check in with us as he passed the management of the building to Blake. As Blake coordinated sub-contractors and oversaw the construction of the home, he went above and beyond. At one point, I asked about a rust mark embedded in the stone at the fireplace. I was honestly just curious about it. A few days later, I walk into the home and he's cleaning that spot scraping it off! Although it was unnecessary, it was a kind gesture. Jason, Jesse, and Darla are all wonderful people to work with as well. When the day comes for us to build our next dream home, Stone Creek will be our builder!

From the very first time we toured their model home, the entire staff welcomed us into the Stone Creek Custom Home family. The staff promptly updated us with changes or issues that arose during the construction process, and unlike other 'custom' home builders, we were allowed to make changes to the design along the way, with no problems. We moved in our new home March 2017. Choosing a builder took us over six months, as we were not living local when planning the build. We knew there is a difference between a real custom builder, as we have had a custom home built before. Be careful of track builders that can promise a fast build, and call themselves "custom builders". Quality was high on our list. Our experience with Michelle in sales was great. She has a great knowledge of building (knows the process and materials), due to her background. Her recommendations were right on track. Also, we had a good experience with the supervisor over our project. He has been very prompt with handling any "after move in" issues, which, thankfully, we have had nothing of a big nature. Our new home is everything we hoped it would be. Stone Creek is a quality builder, at a reasonable price.

Not only did Brad help us with the initial process but he also helped us in selecting an architect that would best capture our wants and needs. He also personally inspected dozens of lots in the area we wanted to live that would be best suited for construction. Throughout the whole process, the entire Stone Creek team was there to keep us informed and educated on each phase of our build. A large portion of our construction was done while I was in Iraq. Stone Creek was absolutely awesome with the communication with my wife while I was deployed. Stone Creek has been fast to respond on their warranty and has given us a great, well-built home at a great value. We shopped around for many custom builders in San Antonio TX before deciding on using Stone Creek. This home was our 3rd that we have built, but our first custom home on a piece of land we had and we really knew nothing about the process. We were both scared and knew this would be our last home so we wanted everything to be perfect. What originally had us leaning towards Stone Creek was their laid back attitudes and them not trying to push more house on us than we could afford. We had a budget and when we came in over they made multiple suggestions on how to obtain the same effect but for less money. They were always willing to work with us when we went rogue and picked out items at places other than what they suggested we go to. If we had concerns or questions throughout the project they were always willing to answer them (and we had a lot), and any construction issues we noticed along the way were always addressed quickly. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of designer help we received along the way. Stone Creek provides 10 hours of design consultation of which we used about 2, got no where and then picked everything out on our own, without receiving any credit for the time we didn't use. A lot of that was more than likely due to us and our own thoughts on what we wanted, but a good designer should be able to take those and work with you to achieve your desired end result which didn't happen. Ultimately Stone Creek did give us our dream home, we had ups and downs along the way as will always happen throughout the building process, mostly because it is such an emotional thing to go through, but we couldn't be happier with our home, and recommend Stone Creek to others who are looking to build every chance we get!
