“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“1st Quality Construction did an excellent job at our house. Allen remodeled a bathroom, fixed electrical issues, installed new lights, along with other various jobs. He had excellent communication about the jobs and scheduling. We were very pleased with his work, time on completing projects, and prices. “Casey Construction recently installed a brand new Dishwasher and Microwave in my kitchen. They also did HVAC work for me as well as replace a gutter. Casey Construction has always been there for me whether the job is big or small. They do a professional job and thier prices are very reasonable. “Kevin did significant repair work to a log cabin my wife and I recently purchased for a weekend home down in the Hocking Hills. With us not being able to be down there all of the time, he was extremely responsive and provided constant updates. He did an excellent job communicating the new issues he encountered as the job progressed and worked with us to find solutions that made the home safe and that also fit our budget. His work was top notch and we’re happy to now have a structure we know will be sound for years to come thanks to Kevin. We’ll definitely be using him again for projects we have planned for the cabin!”
