Her thoughts and recommendations are welcoming and always make us sit back to consider other options. Laura consistently kept us on track and frequently sent us a note just to check in with our progress. Laura helped us achieve a "dream" kitchen by suggesting cabinet and hardware options as well as flooring, countertop, backsplash, lighting and paint colors. I have worked with Laura and her clients for several years now collaborating to bring the best window coverings to meet our client's needs. Laura has entrusted me to bring my expertise while remaining involved with color and fabric selections to bring the client's vision to life. We usually start out with virtual meetings to help clients understand options and narrow down what is the most important for them as there are several steps in the selection process. When I won a one hour consultation donated by 13 Design Lane at a Brest Friends fundraiser I didn’t know what to expect. And in walked Laura, bright and cheerful with a folder full of color and design suggestions for a kitchen update. She helped me select and order cabinet colors and backsplash tiles. The project went smoothly and I love the result. I found out she would also help me update my living room furniture. She took me on a road trip and helped me select fabric and furniture pieces. Again she helped with the ordering and scheduled the delivery. Laura was in contact through the whole process and always responded quickly to my questions, be they by email or text. I loved working with her!

I reached out to the Houzz website for Interior Decorating help and was paired with Laura. She was incredibly helpful with her advice and guidance as we downsized to a smaller home, and needed flow and furniture/art placement with purpose in our new space. She offered great suggestions with placement of pieces we already owned and offered insight on pieces to consider for purchase. She listened to understand the "look" we were searching for and provided many options for our consideration that would compliment our space. Laura's communication was always timely and she provided regular updates as the delivery information for purchases became available. I had recently downsized to a small apartment and was wanting ideas for a valence above the sliding balcony doors which dominate the view when you enter the apartment. We came up with so many great fabrics that I commissioned both a winter and summer valence, as well as matching tablecloth and table runners. It was efficient searching through the fabric swatches using the Houzz design book she set up for me. The seamstress's workmanship was superb. Along the way I got excellent suggestions from her on ways to arrange my wall art more effectively. Every time I saw an obstacle, she saw a clever opportunity. Laura was professional, keeping me posted along the way when there were fabric delivery delays. I found her pricing to be very reasonable for the quality of work.

I was referred to Laura by my Realtor. It was a quick decision to put the house on the market. I emailed her pictures of each room and within 2 days she arrived with a car full of the appropriate items to compliment my existing decor. Laura was awesome! My first time hiring an interior decorator. She took time to really go over the process, listened to my concerns, worked really with my husband and I who had different options about almost everything! Decorating was a great experience because of her. We just moved to a new home and she helped with the living room and dinning room design. From purchasing rugs, chairs, tables art for the walls to helping with arrangement/placement. Will definitely use her expertise again!
