My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“We hired Introspecs to help us design a residential kitchen that we were remodeling in an old 1928 Portland bungalow. Our experience with Allisen and Introspecs was fantastic. Allisen was able to listen to our needs and design style, make thoughtful suggestions on how to maximize the efficiency of the space and workflow, propose designs that were true to the period of our house (something that was important to us), and create a set of final drawings that allowed us to bid the project out to three general contractors in a fair and organized manner. Once the kitchen remodel was underway, Allisen really had our back to ensure the final result was true to her/our design. Allisen spec'd some really cool Hafele cabinet organization fixtures that our contractor had never heard of and wanted to switch to something they had worked with in the past. Allisen went to bat for us and helped the contractor source the correct fixtures, and now that we have them its hard to imagine the kitchen functioning nearly as well without them. Every storage detail was really thought through by Introspecs - some workflow things we never even knew we needed, but now we can't live without them. Allisen has a pleasant personality, really listened to our needs, and added a ton of value to our project! Thanks!”

I tell her kinda what I want and she comes up with the most perfect product for my project. I send my clients in to consult with her. She's wonderful with them too. She's got a great design eye and excellent product knowledge. When I wanted tile for my new bathroom, we took in our basic concept and again, her selection of tile made the whole project zing.”
