Alice was really great to work with! She had fresh/modern ideas for our space that aligned with our design inspiration and was great at taking feedback to zero in on what we wanted. Having her as a designer was also a huge stress relief, in that we didnt have to run around to source what we needed ourselves for our new home, and she worked well with our builder/contractor to find all the components from trusted suppliers to bring it all together. We hired Alice from 800+ km away, before we even moved into the house we purchased in North Vancouver. After our initial phone conversation, she visited the home and offered design ideas and material options for the areas we wanted to renovate. She quickly gained an understanding of what were looking for and was able to design plans for the renovation in short order. Throughout the project, she worked closely with our contractors and visited the site regularly to make sure everything was on schedule and up to standard. She also helped us pick window blinds, area rugs and furniture to help complete the project. We would absolutely recommend Alice to anyone looking for a designer. Alice did a wonderful job helping us modernize an older home. We weren’t even in the same city for the first few months, but she went to the home, listened to our wants and needs and made a design plan which fit our budget. During the renovation, she checked in with us and the contractors regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan. Alice helped us with the design of our kitchen and she did an excellent job. Her ideas made the kitchen a lot more functional and easy to move around, and now that it is completed, it looks fantastic.
