I decided to contract with a staging company in selling our home in Phoenix, AZ. I had never used a company before, and goggled to find one in the area of our home. i met with Paula who owns Interior Preference LLC, and immediately developed a great level of trust and confidence. She walked through the rooms that I wanted staged and took measurements. We talked budget and she came back with a plan and wonderful description of furniture and complimentary accessories. She coordinated those pieces with a furniture company she works with. Paula was very personal and professional in her interaction with me. She met the time commitment and coordinated the staging of the home and with the de-staging process, too. When she sent me the pictures of everything placed in the home, I was so pleased with how everything complimented each room and space. I placed my trust in her to make those decisions and I was not disappointed. Thank you Paula in helping project a great look in our home as potential buyers walked through it. I absolutley enjoyed working with Paula from Interior Preference. We were on the market for a while. We then hired a new real estate agent who suggested staging our home - we had an offer within 10 days! Paula is amazing with her skills and not to mention affordable. She will work with your budget. She really pays attention to everything from colors, design, your own furniture and then somehow manages to blend everything in. You will not recognize your home. Paula and Interior Preference did an excellent job staging a remodeled investment property in Tempe. She did a great job achieving the mix of modern and cozy that we were looking for. The home had offers after the first week and I think the staging was a huge help!

Paula with Interior Preference is professional, very creative and has a great eye for detail. She has worked with me on numerous occasions ranging from minor color scheme concepts to redesigning homes. Paula was wonderful to work with on decorating our home. We were snowbirds, so for a room we wanted designed, see created 3 gorgeous options and sent us samples, photos and costs. Upon our arrival back to AZ, she and her husband implemented all of our selections! A lovely job. She also tweaked other areas of our home with pot shelf accessories and flower arrangements. We are thrilled with her designing.

Paula has worked with us on two projects. One was a guest bedroom redesign that turned out with a beautiful elegance. Paula has an unsurpassed eye for color and design, fabric selection and coordination with existing surroundings. Moreover, she is always very mindful of budget and working with any limitations imposed. The results she achieved for us were fantastic (this was all done as a surprise from my husband for Christmas). The following year Paula worked with us on a redesign/upgrade in lighting and accents for our master bath. She found a very unique set of mirror lights for the room that matched the décor perfectly, and themselves had an interesting design story. In both instances, her understanding of what we wanted and customer service was unparalleled. We plan on working with her again on wood flooring for two major entertainment centers in our home, cabinetry renovation and additional accent efforts elsewhere. We do not hesitate to highly recommend her for any decorating project, large or small. She is conscientious, loves her work and is a delight to work with.

We were locating to Mesa from New York, found our current home and decided to bring in an Interior Designer to update our home. After much search we found Paula from Interior Preference who proceeded to help us decide on the materials and costs. While we were back East making our moving arrangements, Paula coordinated the various contractors and oversaw the proper implementation of the tile layouts, wood floors, painting and carpeting throughout the house. This was accomplished in a timely manner and within budget. We found Paula to be informative, dedicated and very supportive to our goals and design desires. Mine was a master bedroom and bathroom redo. Paula was a joy to work with. She did all that I asked of her and more. I know the job required a lot of research and leg work. She was dedicated and got all the quotes and oversaw the whole operation. We worked together on the budgets and the contractor we hired was very good. We finished in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied.
