Michelle did a great job from start to finish incorporating my ideas while bringing her own flare to the project. This project involved the complete renovation of a 3 story + finished basement of a 1920 Newport, RI home. With some great design ideas, network of contractors, and great personality; she managed to keep a large project on track for timing and great results. An absolute great experience with Michelle Lee designs!!!

My husband and I met Michelle while in the midst of having our new home built. I hadn’t planned on using a designer, but pretty quickly the decisions of flooring, the thousand choices of tiles, colors , fabrics and lighting became overwhelming. Thank goodness I met Michelle. I knew right away I would be able to work really well with her personality. She is very easy going, listened to what I wanted and never made me feel frustrated or wishy washy when I changed my mind. She has a great eye for color, style and putting a room together. Michelle helped me with my Mater Bath, Kitchen and Family Room. The rooms turned out amazing thanks to Michelle. We need all new furniture and no doubt Michelle and I will be out shopping together! It will be fun and exciting to see what we come up with. Michelle is very professional and very accessible. She came to my home whenever I needed her and met me at tile stores numerous times without hesitation. My experience was great and I strongly recommend Michelle Lee Designs.

Michelle Lee provided professional high quality work through every phase of our bathroom remodel. Most importantly, she took our basic ideas on color , feel, design, for which I provided general pictures from various sources, and improved the vision 100%. She had a great sense of space and easily accommodated to our clean contemporary style ,while suggesting very interesting design features that make our bathroom truly individual as well as functional. Her recommendations on vendor sources from bathroom supply to stained glass window design resulted in exceptional service and results. The end product speaks for itself.

We wanted to update our kitchen on a budget. Well the final product looks like we spent so much more! Michelle helped us pick great complimentary colors for the walls, granite, tile backsplash, and most importantly, the cabinets. Painting the cabinets really transformed the whole kitchen and was so much cheaper than buying new cabinets! We also had Michelle pick colors for all of our first floor rooms so that everything flows. Had I been left to choose everything myself, I would have gone with "safe" neutral colors and not been nearly as happy with the result. I highly recommend Michelle Lee Designs!

We were renovating a kitchen, dining room and hallway. We had no idea on colors, etc. Michelle quickly found a granite my wife and I could agree on and helped us select the actual slab. She guided us on major color choices, floor choice, etc. She took us to explore lighting choices. The result of all her guidance is a look we absolutely love. Will use her again in a heartbeat.

After listening to our ideas, Michelle had many suggestions to help us get the bathroom we really wanted. She kept suggestions within our basic style, price range, and had many contacts for items we needed to purchase. Not only was she on time for appointments, she was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, and quickly responsive to texts and emails.

Michelle has designed two projects for me. The first was a bathroom at my home. She suggested colors, counter top and accessories. The bathroom looks awesome and I receive many compliments when visitors are over. The second project was my new office space. This is in a commercial building. Again, I get many compliments from my clients. It is a professional area with a warmth to it which makes my clients feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend Michelle for any interior design project!

Michelle Lee Designs did an awesome job in our office. We wanted to repaint our offices and they chose coordinating colors throughout the various offices. We have received many compliments on our offices. We are quick to point out that Michelle Lee Designs was our decorator. I would recommend them to anyone who has a home or office that needs redecorating. Their eye for color is amazing.

As a non decorater the idea of updating my living room was terrifying . Michelle Lee Designs made the process not only painless, but actually fun. I had no idea How to mix and match style ,colors or textures. w ith Micelle I didn't have to. She was able to get a feel for my style by just walking around my house, and then make suggestions based on what she saw. All I had to do was say yes or no to her choices. We went shopping together, so I was able to see and then choose what I liked. It was funny at times because I would pick out something I thought matched and Michelle would say " oh no" . I was much more confident knowing Michelle would make it work. Michelle set up painters, electricians, carpenters, whatever you need for your project .She even helped with choosing artwork for the walls. Michelle did a wonderful job with my living room. She helped me choose color, wall art, and curtains and was able to really turn my really plain, undecorated room into something stylish and fun. She helped me with everything from start to finish. Her work is extremely professional and I personally would reccomend her to any of my friends and family.

Purchased new home from an elderly woman. Every room had to be modernized, from lights, walls, window treatments, floors and the selection of furniture. Michelle set me up with painters, electrician, carpet company, window treatment company and builders to execute the vision she had for my home. She worked with me to understand my taste in design and introduced me to her creative ideas. She never forced me into anything, always respecting my opinion. She was always available and very easy to work with!
