With 25 years of experience in drafting, Stephanie can also help you with drawing up new plans for a home as well as any renovations needed. She provides you not only with quality of drafting services, but also the knowledge to make a functional custom floor plan to match your needs. Specializing in new construction, with kitchen and bath design, Stephanie has the ability to bring her clients vision to life. She is able to develop construction drawings, elevations, roof and foundation plans as well as design a full color perspective rendering, helping the client to visualize their finished project and make appropriate decisions. As a Certified Professional Interior Designer & water color artist, Stephanie loves to sketch interior renderings of your room layouts to give you a good idea of what the final space will look like with your new design and color schemes.
