I used Shields and Company Interiors when I moved in to a new apartment and wanted a fresh look. Gail and Daniel are a great team. Gail is amazingly creative and was always ready to try again if I didn't think the selection was for me.

Rarely can one undertake a major renovation/re-design/decorating project without a small disappointment or misjudgment when it is all done. It took 15 months to completely design and decorate our 2200 square foot apartment and to this day, there isn't one thing we would change. It is sheer perfection! Cannot praise Gail Miller and her Shields & Company enough to do her justice.

We have worked with this Company for the second time. Once to design our new home 25 years ago and again a second time when we moved to our new condo. We have been very pleased with the work and guidance we were given in completing our project. The staff has very high standard and very professional. Their quality and knowledge of getting the project done in a timely manner was very efficient and within the budget.

Gail is an incredible person to work with. My husband and I had very specific ideas on what we wanted. Instead of the apartment being about the designer it was about us. Absolutley wonderful to work with, and our apartment is gorgeous, Gail was attentive, she and her office worked with us on deliveries, if we werent there they would be to accept, inspect and place the furniture. She was able to work with my wife in designing our 5th ave apartment through a very complicated renovation with a Co-Op that was very difficult.
