I hired Sula design to do some improvements on our patio and interiors. She is very reliable and always on top of her contractor. I highly recommend her.

Sulinh (of SULA Designs) is an extremely dedicated and highly talented designer. She walks into any space and immediately comes up with many options of what could be done. We met Sulinh 5 years ago. She helped us set up our 2-bedroom apt then. When we bought our house in Echo Park last year, there was no question who we would enlist for help in some remodeling and decor. A new deck was done to create a beautiful view from up in the hills overlooking Los Angeles, complete with landscaping below. We converted our garage to become my home office and makeup artist studio. New wood floors were installed. New kitchen appliances added. New sofas and furnitures for our living room and bedrooms. Every detail was thought of. Mood boards were done & presented so we knew exactly what we were aiming for. Sulinh and her team worked tirelessly from start to finish. We could not be happier. Our home now is a gorgeous house with great entertaining spaces for family and friends. Sulinh from SULA Designs was awesome and really helped us pick out the perfect light/chandelier for our dining table and bench. She took the time to meet with us to get an understanding of what our style was and asked us about our likes and dislikes before she came back to us with a few choices. Sulinh is a talented designer with impeccable taste. She turned our concrete backyard patio into a warm inviting additional room with her custom designed modern canopies. As a British expat living in LA, I was excited to make my new house a home without losing my connection to the Motherland. When I first met Sulinh I knew within a few minutes that she was exactly the type of designer I was looking for. Not only did her previous work speak to me, but her extensive travels and the fact she had lived in Europe assured me that she was the woman for the job. She took a completely blank canvas and turned it into a perfectly executed, jaw dropping loft. A perfect mix of modern and bohemian styles that showcase all the beautiful items I’ve collected from around the world, while highlighting my love of England and it’s history, in addition to embracing my new home country, and the laid back, beach vibes of California. She managed to find the perfect combination of mid-century modern and antique European furniture, Brazilian cowhide rugs, Icelandic sheepskins, Morrocan wedding blankets, and amazing modern art. Pulling it all together with family heirlooms, a Union Jack flag that is hundreds of years old, and antique maps. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result, and everything that SULA Designs did to make my vision a reality. I very much look forward to working on future projects together—next stop the beach house!

I have been working with Sulinh for over a year now as one of her vendors. We have built a great and trusting relationship as she has her customers as her main priority, always! Most might praise Sulinh as her customers but there is another side to her business, the behind the scenes and that's what I would like everyone to know what an amazing, kind and respectful professional she is. Moving into a 5BR home could be a major challenge if you were only bringing your clothes and nothing else. After my 2-hour meeting with Sulinh, she put my mind at ease and immediately started that afternoon on the huge task of a major transformation with only a 3-week window for move-in, two days before Christmas. The carpeted master ensuite bedroom and master bathroom got a new dark wood look for flooring and the walls got a facelift of grey on grey. Each room of the house went through a transformation with new paint, fixtures and flooring. Each room had its own color palette and a story to tell. An 11-ft custom designed L-bar was built from locally sourced reclaimed wood and stainless steel for the pool-lounge-BBQ area. Individualized and custom-built pieces of furnitures arrived and settled in their rightful places as the deadline approached. It was quite the task, but somehow Sulinh and her team managed to pull it off for me to have my house-warming/Christmas party just in time for the holidays. The result was nothing short of stunning! Sulinh was incredibly professional, accessible, courteous, efficient, patient and detailed. You can tell that she is very passionate about her work. It got to the point where, when making decisions about certain design elements, I learned to trust her opinion over my initial instincts - and in every case it turned out amazing! With a solid vision and experience, Sulinh transformed an empty house into a gorgeous hill top home in Newport Beach. The thing I most appreciate about Sulinh is her work ethics and acute sense of style. Every piece chosen was on point! I highly recommend this designer, Sulinh [SULA DESIGNS]. RPM L.A. Management has been serving the Los Angeles area for over 20 years. We are a management company for homes and apartment rentals, as well as Air B&B.
