Our kitchen faucet was leaking. Called customer service , very prompt answer and very friendly helpful person. Asked questions we sent a couple of pictures and they determined non fixable, within days we had a new faucet set delivered free of charge! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Do keep your receipt from purchase.

This has paid for itself - AGAIN! Had an external sensor placed near my boiler, which triggered a shut-off today. Turns out the relief valve opened - which led to a service call and a replacement of a part that could have led to a bigger problem.

I've got a positive review for a change. It's more like an amazing one! The kitchen faucet we bought in late 2014 began to leak. I went looking for invoice & warranty or maintenance information and found it has a lifetime warranty. Called and spoke with Lynnette who was efficient, friendly, and a real joy to speak with. They are shipping me - overnight express- the replacement. OMG, every organization in the world should take note.

Excellent faucet! Very good motionsense faucet. Works very well. No problem with this faucet. Very practical when cooking. Très bon robinet motionsense. Fonctionne très bien. Aucun problème avec ce robinet. Très pratique quand on cuisine.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but unfortunately like others, it’s always easier to take time to write a bad versus good review. We had a problem with our sink faucet a few times. Moen not only responded quickly, but they did so for free. The folks I spoke to were not only knowledgeable, but were also extremely cordial. Thanks again Moen and please accept my apologies for not writing sooner. You are one of the few companies that stands by their product and treats your customers with respect.

Greg keeps us informed of new products and always lets us know when new Moen fixtures are debuting. He provides great, steady support. It's like art, but super functional. I can turn my kitchen sink on and off with the wave of a finger. My kids love that feature. I used MOEN for my entire home and couldn't be happier. Everything is beautiful, was easy to install and I love looking at it. Thank you!
