I love this company. I have sold them for about 20 years. I sell other lines, but consistently lean towards them because they are easy to work with; product manuals, customer service, ordering process, timely acknowledgements, delivery notifications, product quality and price point. No company is perfect, but the manner in which TW deals with any glitches also is a breeze. They also still maintain a hometown feeling. Customers may not see this, but as a designer it is important. Go Tedd Wood!

Very poor customer service! Product is great but dealing with customer service from the kitchen designer to the local rep is unbelievable. Error started from the day they were delivered in September 2017 and in September 2018 Im still trying to get issues fixed and am not getting anywhere. The glides on the trash cabinet went after 6 months and yet to be replaced, A shelf peeled and still waiting to get that replaced. Called the company they refer to local rep, who was very good till lately. After spending nearly 30K on cabinets very disappointes

Hunter Kitchen & Bath

My company has just started using this line of cabinetry and I couldn't be more pleased. Their orders come in looking and working great. On a recent order, I put an accessory in the wrong cabinet and requested a new CUSTOM accessory to go out right away, and they responded quickly and accurately. My client is going to get her kitchen on time because of this quick response. Tedd Wood's finishes are wonderful and the in-house support of it's dealers is friendly and knowledgeable. Their price point keeps me competitive with most lines in their niche and their breadth of modification/customization is hard to match. I highly recommend their product to my fellow dealers and any homeowner who wants the right cabinet for their home.

TeddWood has an impeccable product! Top quality in construction as well as the quality of their finishing. To look at one of their more popular painted cabinets, the finish looks creamy and delicious! Their ability to do anything (as long as it's structurally stable) is completely unmatched in the industry. My favorite call is from some installer that has never met me asking to be on my "preferred installer list" because this is the kind of quality that they want to install all of the time! This is one investment that you won't be sorry you made - when you get the best, you never regret it.
