We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled by Advice Homes. Chris, the project manager, and Leo, the construction manager, were very easy to work with. They took out all the anxieties by clearly demonstrating that they were guiding their team with a level of professionalism but still keeping a friendly environment with each of their employees. They transformed our bathroom into something out of a magazine, with high-end marble and wood that just screams luxury. They nailed the transitional look we were hoping for, balancing light and dark tones perfectly. And the new walk-in shower and stand-alone tub gave us that open use of the bathroom we were looking for. But it wasn't just the end result that impressed us. I had a great experience working with Chris and Advice Homes on my kitchen renovation and refinishing of existing hardwood floors. When we moved into our new home just before COVID hit, my bathroom looked like a 1950's pink tile mess. I just thank goodness that the toilet didn't clog and the shower water wasn't brown. We had big plans to renovate and then COVID hit. The uncertainty of everything was mindblowing. We took a chance and contracted Advice homes at the recommendation of our realtor. Chris came by and we showed him our bathroom with our fingers crossed. H explained the current state of affairs and was realistic about times for everything from material to work. We gave him all the material we wanted and he was able to obtain it with little issue except a few items which we worked through and were still happy. Overall we couldn't have been happier. The gentlemen doing the work were more than accommodating to with masks and took extra time to clean everything when they were done. Their craftsman ship and attention to detail was right on par with what you should expect from a high end bathroom. If you want a bathroom done right, Advice homes will deliver.

Advice homes and my interior designer worked together masterfully. My mind was made up to finish my lavish vacation home and my previous contractor had moved. After looking around I found Advice homes after speaking with a friend that recommended them. A meeting was setup between my interior designer from Italy who had completed my dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Chris was so likable and proved to understand exactly what I wanted. My interior designer and I spoke after the meeting and I really thought that they would be capable of bringing my tastes together so we signed with Advice two days later. Flavio my designer laid out the plans to Chris and coordinated all the material. The demolition started shortly after and the project was underway. Luckily I was not in town during all the noise and excitement but regular updates were provided. When I returned for the final inspection, I couldn’t be more pleased with how much the kitchen and living room contrasted to the rest of the house. I was utterly thrilled with the work Advice did and my interior designer did it again. I can’t speak highly enough about Advice Homes. Hire them.

I’m very happy with the service that was provided by Advice Homes. We had a pretty nice kitchen but I wanted to open up my kitchen and living room area to accommodate family since our children and grandkids have been coming over more. We wanted the area to be inviting and provide as a central location for everyone to enjoy each other when we get together. We were recommended Advice Homes by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled last year. We had been to their house a few times and admired the finishings and craftsmanship that they had in their kitchen. My husband and I called to make an appointment and the owner Chris met us within a few days of calling. We were a bit nervous to have work done quite honestly. It seemed like a big undertaking to have a kitchen done. Chris walked us through the steps of the project and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we signed the contract. He also answered all the questions we had on the contract and was transparent about the times we didn’t understand. We asked to see a design before we started and could not believe how technology has come so far to render the design of the kitchen on an iPad. The construction began and the crew that worked on the house were very respectful of our home and made us feel comfortable. The project took less time than was projected and we received updates throughout the project to let us know what was happening and what would be done next. When the final product was completed we were so excited that our kitchen and living room was turned into a big space the way we planned. Now our family is over almost every weekend and everyone is able to gather in the same place. I recommended Advice Homes if your thinking about remodeling.

Advice Homes did a fabulous job with my kitchen remodel. I bought a older home and needed major renovations to bring this house together in a way that I didn't feel like I was living in a time machine. My kitchen went from an ugly 70s nightmare to a modern masterpiece. All I had was a color scheme and Chris and his team took that small piece of info and ran with it. I frequently post YouTube videos for my yoga followers and wanted to get away from using the warehouse that I had been. My request was a modern bathroom and a spa like, serene yoga room. After meeting with the designer that was super relatable, I had a design that was presented to me that captured my heart. The quality of material and ideas that were transformed from paper to real life were exactly what I was looking for. After consulting with three separate general contractors, we chose to work with the team at Advice Homes because they were able to relate to my wife and I unlike the other two contractors. From the first meeting Chris was friendly and did not give any high pressure sales approaches that we despise. We had a pretty good idea of what our vision was for our kitchen renovation. The design team took some pictures we gave them of various projects we found online and incorporated them into our own thoughts. We could not imagine that they could fit those ideas into a real life design the way they did. The construction of a kitchen is stressful if you like to cook daily. The laborers that worked on the kitchen were very mindful and understanding of our concerns for the continued use of our kitchen. Chris outlined days that we would be without the use of our stove, sink and prep area. This made it easy for us to plan. My wife found this easy and relieved her stress. Naturally this made me happy and I was thankful for the planning and heads up. The communication throughout the project was key to the overall success we felt with choosing this company. The overall project was finished in a reasonable time. There were some delays for a few furnishings but this was foreseen by Chris and we understood given the origin of the products. The quality was checked over in detail by the foreman and finally by Chris. To say that what was shown in drawings and renderings is an understatement. Everything came together and we were elated to have the finish product exactly what we desired.
