Tim Kent does not advertise, instead relying on customer recommendations. We are happy to add our names to that ever growing list. We heard of Tim though a friend of our daughter's, and they were happy to show us his excellent work, giving us the confidence to proceed down this unfamiliar path (our first major renovation). We continued to live in the house while our work was done in two phases. Phase 1 was a total kitchen gut with load bearing wall removal, adjoining room used for our pet birds, breakfast room, half bath, and laundry room. Phase 2 was a renovation of a sunken living room (filled it in), front hall and hall closet. Phase 1 took two months, phase 2 took one month, and both were finished on time and on budget. It has been a few months now since he finished and we still feel like we just move into a new house. If only we had known about Tim 15 years ago! We look forward to working with Tim in the future on the rest of our house.

Tim Kent and Company do an amazing job from start to finish. He remodeled our entire house (kitchen, master bath, +2 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms) and it is all high quality work and continues to be our dream home. Wonderful!

We received quotes from several companies, but liked the professionalism and personality of individuals with Xtreme Renovations. The owner, Tim, and associate Steve, worked with us to create the design, concept and budget for our needs. Tim was personally on site nearly every day and kept in touch with us at each step. We are very pleased with the process and completion of our remodel. We would recommend Xtreme Renovations, and we would use them for future home projects.

We wanted to renovate the kitchen for a rental property and chose Tim K. and his associates after interviewing 3 different companies. Tim and Steve were easy to work with and they went above and beyond their responsibilities during the kitchen remodel. They had my best interest in mind when making suggestions to the remodel and were very transparent with the costs of the project. The rental property is a bit of ways away from where I live, so on the last day of the project Tim took the trash left over and pulled it to the curbside, then offered to swing by a few days later to take the trash cans back in for me. An example of his work ethic and would recommend him to others.

We were very pleased with the work Xtreme Renovations did on our bathroom remodel. They were professional and easy to work with. Tim listened to what we wanted and the outcome is beautiful. The contract stated they would be complete by Dec 1, and they were. We would definitely use them again.

I received a complete kitchen and powder room remodel / reno. The service was outstanding and the price great. They exceeded my expectations.

Total bathroom remodel -- replaced bathtub with walk-in shower, installed new (custom made) cabinet, new plumbing, new tile, new window, new light fixtures and electrical outlets .. The whole project from start to finish was performed professionally with the utmost care and attention to every single detail. The work was done timely and I especially appreciated being kept updated on the progress. The quality of their work is exceptional and I am very impressed with their design skills and comprehensive construction expertise. My new bathroom turned out way beyond my expectations. I look forward to using them again on my next project.

June 2015 We used Xtreme Renovations to update our home prior to moving in. This included the kitchen, breakfast room, utility room, powder room and most of the house. All new custom built maple cabinetry were stained and installed in the kitchen, mini-bar and powder room. Quartz countertops were fabricated and installed throughout the kitchen, mini-bar and powder room. New tile flooring was installed throughout the utility room/mud room, kitchen, breakfast room, hallway adjoining the formal dining room and powder room. Back splash included both ceramic and glass tile. New lighting and ceiling fans were installed in the dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, bedroom and family room. Custom built crown molding was added to the family room to match existing crown molding above doorways. Existing wood paneling and mirrors were removed and replaced with drywall to update this home. The entire interior of the house was painted. The existing carpeted stairway from the family room was replaced with new iron spindles, handrails, hardwood treads. New carpeting and hardwood flooring were also installed upstairs. Kitchen: This project required demolition of the existing kitchen cabinetry, rerouting HVAC Registers, electrical and installation of natural gas lines for converting from an electric cooktop to natural gas cooktop with a new hood exhaust above the new gas cooktop. Existing walls were moved to expand the original footprint of the kitchen to include additional cabinetry, relocation of the new double oven as well as an open pantry area. Features such as LED lighting on dimmers and under-cabinet lighting were installed throughout the kitchen. Utility room/mud room: All new custom built cabinetry installed in the utility room to create more storage space for the washer/dryer. This included floor to ceiling cabinets and a ‘mud space’ with seating area, shelving and hooks for bags/coats. The end result was just fabulous. Tim kept me updated on the progress of the work, advised when decisions were required and offered advice/suggestions for changes. It has been a pleasure working with Xtreme and we look forward to using them on our bathroom remodel (the only area of the house that we didn’t have any work done). UPDATE: June 2017 Xtreme Renovations updated the majority of our home 2 years ago. So when it was time to remodel our master bathroom, we didn’t hesitate in bringing them back for our Phase 2 project. While this project was limited to just our bathroom, it was still a huge effort. We gutted the entire room down to the studs and rebuilt everything. We widened the shower space and added a pony wall to allow for more ventilation. We replaced the existing Jacuzzi tub with a Japanese soaking tub that was less than half the size of the original tub, therefore, opening up the space to make it feel larger. There were new custom-built stained maple cabinets and drawers in the bathroom and custom-built painted closet systems. New recessed LED lights, ceiling fan and wall sconces were installed. Custom trim around the entry door were installed to coordinate with the existing doorways. All new porcelain tile, pebble rock and stone accents were installed. We used quartz for the countertops, shower trim, shower seat, etc. to tie the space together. I can’t praise Tim enough for his oversight and management of my project. He made sure we stayed on schedule (if we deviated, he got his back on track) and is the biggest advocate for getting things done right. He won’t hesitate to have something taken out and re-done if it’s not up to his high standards. He won’t cut corners and try to hide the imperfections. He is very detailed-oriented and will make sure everything is exactly how it should be. Tim and Steve have always been a delight to work with and this second time around was no exception. I highly recommend using their company and would do it again in a heartbeat.
