They provided us with Japanese themed front and backyard landscaping which went above and beyond our expectations. Larry listened to what we desired and provided us with professional and knowledgeable guidance. We continue to enjoy it! Landscape architect Larry Sheehan, of Integration Design Studios, redid my 1/2 acre Olivenhain yard in 2010. Larry is so talented, inspiring, professional, knowledgeable (there is not a plant he doesn't know!). In my opinion, my yard was perfection. Larry also uses the best, and most professional, licensed contractors. I recently sold my home and everyone potential buyer commented on the beauty of my yard. It was my yard that sealed the deal!

Integration Design Studio did our front and backyard landscaping and we continue to enjoy it. We opted for a Japanese themed garden and we were and are very pleased with the results. We were very much involved in the decisionmaking process and Larry was very receptive to our input. Larry was very professional and knowledgable. We received regular updates throughout the process. They worked with our budget , completed the project ahead of schedule and went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely use them again and recommend them with no hesitation. As a matter of fact, we consulted with him on an issue at a property in Riverside that my sister owns and will follow his recommendations.

To All Concerned - I had the opportunity to work with Integration Design Studio on a pool complex addition project that my HOA community had considered. On behalf of the Sunny Creek HOA board and pool committee, I can say that Larry Sheehan had gone above and beyond what we had expected from him and his colleagues in their preparation of a formal feasibility bid that was presented to us. Their attention to detail, proposed designs, and professional and timely follow up were well beyond expections. Commented: what type of plantings did you use up against the house? Succulence?You are correct....it is a type of succulent. The planting under the large window is Senecio mandraliscae.

Commented: wood decking around a poolThe wood is IPE, a dense tropical hardwood that does well in wet conditions. To keep it dark, it does require a fair amount of maintenance.

Commented: Stain colorThe wood deck is Ipe, and I believe the deck was not stained (natural color of the wood) but was sealed. This requires reapplication.
