Yardscapes' has over 43 years of design / installation experience along with countless years of field experience, working with specialty installations. Our installation crews are comprised of well-trained professionals who have worked for years together. This combination of experience and expertise places us in a prime position to offer the best in all aspects of design and implementation.
Our focus is on the design and installation of custom residential outdoor spaces and environments. We combine art + science to create a unique project for every client. Each project can be constructed with a combination of natural stone and other hardscapes elements, a variety of plant materials, water features, patios, retaining walls, lighting, custom pools, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits. With the proper combination of natural elements; your personal natural environment can be created.
Yardscapes' is celebrating over 40 years as an Associates of Landscape Architecture for doing residential design / installation projects. As an award winning company and member of the Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association, Yardscapes continues to be active in Parade of Homes tours and Midwest Home Luxury Home Tour on an annual basis.

Yardscapes designed and built an outstanding backyard space consisting of a full outdoor dining area, stone spa, firepit, and related structures and comprehensive yard landscaping. The design was brilliant, with different options presented, discussed and agreed. The team were thoughtful, detail-oriented and professional. From the outset, they worked to develop a custom space that would work for us and for the house. The stone work is absolutely stunning, we like it more every year and truly distinguishes them from the competition. The spa in particular is a standout. Yardscapes kept in constant communication, and implementation of the project was timely and within budget (including change orders). We could not have been happier with the whole experience... they know their business, and they execute it well. Years later, Yardscapes responds at a moment's notice whenever we have questions or would like some follow up or an alteration. It doesn't get any better -- give them a hard look if you are considering a project.

Yardscapes did an excellent job of turning a bland hillside into a wonderfully terraced area of our yard by adding boulder and timber walls for garden spaces for what was then our new home. Additional terraced garden areas for my herbs, vegetables, flowers and greenhouse were skillfully blended into and at the edge of our wooded and natural habitat inspired yard. They understood our vision for the place and were ultimate professionals the whole way through. All of their work has stood the test of time, remaining intact and attractive for years and years. I'd highly recommend them to others.
