When I moved into my house two years ago, the lawn was in bad shape and the massive garden took a lot more maintenance than I was willing to give it. I hired Instant Lawns to replace and expand the grass area and put in a new, smaller garden bed. Everyone in the company I dealt with was friendly and professional. The team arrived on time and in about five hours, I had a new lawn. For whatever reason, one piece of sod died the following week and it was replaced without a problem under their 90-day warranty. It's now two weeks since the sod was installed and it's rooted and growing exceedingly well. It's so thick and green that people walking down the street stop to look at it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

After having our backyard destroyed due to construction of a new garage, Instant Lawns created a beautiful space for us in just one day! In addition to sodding of a large area, they corrected the grading, put down river rock alongside the new garage, created a pathway and installed a mulch area for a trampoline. We were amazed that all of this happened so quickly! All of the staff members, both on sight and in the office, were very friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the end result.
