We have been working with JMA for a few years now at our commercial facilities. The service is the best around, the flowers in our landscape look amazing, the metal edging around our walkways is straight as a whistle, and the weed eating is next to none.

The patio and landscaping project completed by Martin Associates went beyond our expectations. A beautiful outdoor space was created and we have received many complements from neighbors. Workers showed up when expected and were courteous and professional, always with an eye to detail. DaShan Williams, our landscape designer, was wonderful to work with. She listened carefully to our ideas, took the time to make modifications as needed and designed a proposal with care and attention. I highly recommend DaShan.

I have not been able to get the level of support that is needed for my yard. Three weeks in a row now, the crew has shown up after 2:00 pm when they were supposed to come at 1:00 and have not finished the targeted work. Instead of having my yard ready for planting, I am still dealing with clean up and weeding issues, at the end of May.

They do beautiful landscape work and maintenance. Always respond to our email and request promptly. Landscape manager to the workers are very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Martin associates.

James Martin & Associates have been taking care of our yard for 6 years. Our yard is immensely important to us - we have a mixed wooded and grass yard. Caring for it requires extensive horticultural knowledge and aesthetic sensitivity. Over the years, we've had two Martin managers responsible for our yard care and they've both been fantastic. Their suggestions for care and treatment have yielded outstanding results. They have an understanding that spans the full spectrum from traditional yard/shrubbery/walkway management to fully organic woodlands management. The manager currently responsible for our yard, Vince Callahan, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, courteously and thoughtful. The works crews are professional, courteous and go above and beyond. We couldn't be happier.

Martin Associates did a great job bringing design options to us that included areas surrounding our new pool. They were critical in determining grading, creating retaining walls, drainage and pool deck options. They worked with us through the entire process and remained committed to answering our questions well after our project completed. Super happy with the quality of work that Martin Associates provides. We have used them for the last 10 years or so for design of large spaces, hardscape, plant and foliage maintenance, weekly maintenance and other one-off projects. They are always professional, they have a pretty deep knowledge of the plants. They work off project estimates so they've never been over budget.

James Martin Associates did a stellar job of turning around a poorly conceived, and abysmal looking landscape design, planted by another company, and transforming our property into a gorgeous work of art. We were fortunate to have worked with the "dream team" of Heidi, as Landscape Architect, Rachael, as plant specialist and account manager, and Jim, as our project crew and maintenance manager. These three talented people, along with their dedicated and extremely hard-working staff, listened to our vision, studied photos supplied by us, and came back with renderings, plant and tree photos, and detailed design plans. We worked cohesively as a team, until everyone was satisfied with the final design. The JMA team was patient, kind, extremely easy to work with, and stayed within our budget. The confidence I felt after a couple of brief meetings with Heidi, told me I had made the perfect choice in hiring JMA to redesign and replant our new home landscape project. This large undertaking was completed in less than 4 months. I am delighted at how beautifully the landscape sets off and complements our house. The combination of textures, colors and varieties of plants and trees, gives depth and dimension to the property. Each time I drive up to the house, or look out the windows, all I can do is smile. We have been so pleased and impressed with JMA, that we will continue to use their year-round lawn, garden, and snow removal maintenance services.
