Great experience with HRTI! They replaced some shutters for us. Greg worked with us every step of the way and took the time to knowledgeably answer all my questions. They were prompt and affordable. I would definitely use this company next time I do any exterior work. I highly recommend HRTI!

Greg and his team are top notch! We had them install Diamond Kote siding on our house. Greg took the time at the beginning of the project to drive me around other projects showing me the difference between a good install and a not so good install. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all sample colors. Communication was always fast and responsive. Carlos who did the install is such a hard working and solid honest person. Their work was impeccable and I highly recommend HRTI for any of your projects.

We did a major renovation on our home in which HRTI replaced the siding on the house with LP Smartside, installed new windows, and built a new patio roof. The quality of their work is outstanding. Carlos and his crew did a terrific job with the whole project and completed it in just over 2 weeks. I highly recommend them.

During my search for a contractor to do siding replacement, a friend recommended HRTI. I must say I’m glad I listened to her and got to view her siding work in progress. It made my decision to select HRTI so much easier. From day one, Greg and Bonnie were the consumate professionals. They addressed every question quickly and belayed any concerns I had. They informed me the project would be done in three phases: Siding, Gutters, Paint to Completion. The first phase is complete. The siding installed by Carlos and his sons looks fantastic. The crew came early everyday and immediately started working, oftentimes staying until it was too dark to work. They always insured the job site was clean and everything was put away until the next day. Carlos would always answer any question, even if asked multiple times. I never had to worry about anything. When they were through, the work they did exceeded my expectations. My home needed a lot of work, and the finished project looks fantastic. If you need siding work done, call HRTI. HRTI was the company of choice when considering the replacement of our steel siding. We interviewed several companies and the various products they represented. We decided on HRTI for several reasons. The company was small, the quality of products offered, the installation crew worked for HRTI exclusively and their reviews were outstanding. The crew usually arrived at our home by 8:00 and left by 6:00. Their installation technique was amazing. They worked cohesively together and with great accuracy. Their attention to detail was excellent always making sure the installation was perfect. Their craftsmanship was outstanding and we found no faults with any part of their installation process. The lead craftsman, Carlos, was always helpful and answered any questions we had. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were extremely courteous. Greg, the company representative, was attentive to our needs, always courteous, and returned our calls without delay. Bonnie, the company’s office representative, had excellent knowledge of our project and kept us informed when needed. We were very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend HRTI for your siding needs without reserve.

We couldn't be happier with HRTI and their work installing new windows in our home. We had multiple bids and HRTI was the best price and best installation time (4-6 weeks as compared to 6-8 weeks for everyone else). It took HRTI 2 days to install our windows and we couldn't have been more impressed with how well they cleaned up around our house after day 1 when they knew they would be back the following day. We've experienced too many contractors who would have left a mess. We also have a fairly old home with original ceramic window sills which we accepted we would lose when installing new windows. The HRTI crew kept the sills in place and worked around them. This was above & beyond! HRTI was incredibly professional as well as quality work and fantastic communication. Highly recommend Greg Cotton and HRTI. Greg was out in 24 hours to bid the job and his work crew showed up a couple of days later. HRTI provided a terrific experience from start to finish in our window project. Mr. Cotton was open, honest, thorough, and fair in his pricing and most importantly in advising us rather than simply selling us a product without considering our needs (a problem we had with other quotes). HRTI's ability to respond to unexpected issues was on display during our installation. One of our installers suffered a serious hand injury on the job and had to seek medical treatment. After a quick phone call to HRTI's office, a second team was sent to our house that day to finish the installation. The service was terrific and we are very satisfied. We will be using HRTI for all future windows installations at our house.

Greg with HRTI gave me an estimate in November 2016 but I did not decide to go forward with the install until March/April 2017. He honored his initial estimate and had someone out to measure and order the windows within a week. The windows are very good quality & the technician who installed them was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me all the features and made sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Very professional, competent and knowledgeable company and staff. The recommendation for Simonton patio doors for my replacement was perfect for my home and has already made a big difference in heat loss. They are very sturdy and provide great security. Chad (and Dallas--his yellow lab :-) ) did a great job with installation including replacing trim boards to ensure an adequate fit. I would highly recommend HRTI for any of my construction needs and will hire them again soon to replace my front entry door!

I want to give a huge shout-out for HRTI Premier exteriors company. We have a home with beams in the front of the house. When our roof began to tilt, Greg's experience quickly took him to those beams and the posts below them. As it turns out, the builder did not put footings under those posts. Greg Cotton and his team did a fantastic job of replacing the beams, adding footings, and creating a beautiful facade to match the existing design of our home. Thanks HRTI!

Our windows and stucco experienced some major hale damage a few years ago. I knew it was going to be a huge job when the insurance adjuster had to refer to a special adjuster to assess the damage. As a result, I looked long and hard for the right company for the job. As soon as I met Greg at HRTI, my search was over. I was sold! I even told my insurance company, "HRTI is the only company I will work with on this job." Not only was Greg professional and confident that he could do the job, he assured me that he would take care of all the negotiating / communicating with the insurance company. Our experience was great. Greg and his staff were in constant communication letting us know when workers would be at our house, their progress, and why they were doing what they were doing. We never ran into any issues, but if there were surprises, HRTI was always on top of it. There customer service was impeccable! In the future, I will never use anyone other than HRTI for my windows, stucco, or roof. In fact, due to mother nature, I had to file another claim for window and stucco damage again. That was unfortunate for us but no big deal...HRTI was there. In fact, they already completed the job for a second time. I highly recommend HRTI. You won't be disappointed!

Last year, upon purchasing a new house, we found that many of the windows were in bad shape. They were old, warped, and leaking. Being a first-time homeowner, I blundered around until I found Thumbtack, and HRTI offered to help almost immediately. The service I received from HRTI in purchasing new windows and having them installed was quick, professionally done, and reasonably priced to the point that, when we decided to get the rest of the bad windows replaced this year, there wasn't even a question of with whom we'd be working. Our experience with HRTI the second time was just as good as the first, and we are thrilled with the quality of the service. I could not recommend HRTI more highly.

We had several windows replaced on our house. The windows are easy to use, and look great! We have already realized benefits coming from these new windows already. We have two windows in our house that are exposed to the sun throughout the day, and in the past have had to keep blinds closed and curtains shut to avoid over heating in the house. Since the install we have had the curtains and blinds open, and have been able to use both rooms without the same problem. The window installer, Chad, did an awesome job, and took the time necessary to complete the job properly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

HRTI handled a roofing install, re-siding of 90% of my property and painting of my home. This was a big job and I was really pleased with the results and the ability to work with just one company. HRTI made a difficult project seem easy. They communicated with us clearly, from insurance process to start times, every aspect of the jobs were handled perfectly. Just replaced all of my windows on my 1958 brick home. Waited a long time to do it, and it was worth the wait. From the initial sales, measurements, to the install. Two day install and the trio was terrific! It's a father and son(s) team. They were knowledge, friendly, thoughtful of the house and the pets (it rained all day today of course). You can tell they enjoy what they do and each other. We love the windows and if your shopping for windows this is the place and request the John, Ryan & Josh Sweangan - quality work with great attitudes!

HRTI was awesome! We just bought a house in Littleton and the windows were HORRIBLE. They came to our house and showed us exactly what they would look like if replaced and we didn't feel pressured at all. Very affordable too. Our windows look absolutely beautiful, the installation was fast and clean. Love them!

HRTI recently installed a new roof and replaced multiple windows on my home in response to hail storm damage. My experience was very positive. They answered all of my initial questions thoroughly and provided a fair and straightforward work estimate. The roofing crew came as scheduled and completed the work as planned. The onsite manager handled the installation with the upmost professionalism. When the roofing job was complete they cleaned up thoroughly and removed all the debris. The new roof looks great and functions perfectly. The window installers were perhaps the best workers I’ve ever had inside my home. The windows were installed without any damage to the interior walls or signs they were even replaced! They covered all my flooring and furniture, then dusted and vacuumed each room when they were done. Also, the office staff at HRTI was great to work with. They kept me informed of scheduling and material deliveries, promptly followed up with my insurance company, and contacted me after the job was complete to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend HRTI for any roofing or window needs.

The summer of 2014 gave us our share of thunderstorms in Denver. One particular storm hit our neighborhood, resulting in significant hail damage. Within a few days, the neighborhood was alive with contractors from all over the country going door-to-door offering “free estimates.” After a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Greg at HRTI to see if he could give us an estimate. I made my first call to Greg over a weekend, expecting to leave a message. I was very surprised that he answered, and actually spent quite a bit of time talking with me. Within a few days, he met me on my front porch while his team did an inspection of my house. Greg was very easy to talk to, and never came off as if he were trying to sell me on his company. In fact, he said the roof needed replacement, and he would be happy to help if we decided we wanted to do business with him. Once I had setup an inspection with my insurance company, Greg offered to meet the adjuster to make sure they noticed all the same damage, and lived up to their requirement of returning the house to the same condition it was before the storm. I’m glad Greg was here, as there were some minor discrepancies that ended up being added to the adjuster’s report. On our requested timeline, the roof was replaced, and all external house damage was repaired. Greg and his team handled all the coordination, so the process was very easy. We were very happy with the work from HRTI, and will make them our first call for any future remodeling projects we want to have done.

How often can you say you have had a great experience from start to finish when completing a home project? I can say I did when replacing my roof with HRTI. Three companies submitted bids, and I selected HRTI due to a combination of factors: (1) professionalism and helpfulness during the bid process, including willingness to answer many questions; (2) dealing with my insurance company and inspector (3) price; and (4) warranty. I kept changing my mind on a start date and once I gave the go ahead, they started immediately. Throughout the wait, my rep, Greg, was responsive, patient and helpful. I also liked how Greg remained involved and accountable during the entire process. So often the sales representative of companies disappear once the contract is signed. This did not happen with Greg, he continued to provide assistance each step of the process. Once the process started, it took only a couple of days to complete. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend HRTI to anyone, including my friends and family. Thanks HRTI for such a great experience!

Hail hit is HARD May 21, 2014. We were out of town and a neighbor texted me; "all your North facing windows are broken." The insurance adjuster got out pretty quick. We had a lot of damage: a half dozen windows, roof, gutters, siding, screen, fence, A/C unit. I didn't want a fly-by-night roofing company that swarmed into the neighborhood. Instead I went with Greg and HRTI. One stop for all the damage. They coordinated the repairs so it was all done in one day. Everyone went out of their way to make it feel like our property was their only concern. Not only did everything go off without a hitch, they also changed my awful green color shutters and front door to awesome Orange (I paid extra for that, but the guys were already up there, so it was economical). Some day I am going to need to remodel my basement. I'll wait until HRTI gets into the business; they are that good. It's hard enough dealing with the insurance company. Don't stress about who is spending all that money. HRTI will treat you right.

We are very pleased with the results of our home improvement projects with HRTI. The team was very professional and had a meticulous eye for detail. They worked hard throughout the day in order to complete the projects in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and we have received many compliments on the work. I would highly recommend HRTI!
