Bella Design Pavers & Turf

Bella Design is fantastic and did an amazing job at my house for a complex project. My project was a large residential job, and Jason Maddox's crews were always timely, communicative, polite, professional, clean, and their work was impeccable. He provides a solid contract price with all the costs built in and doesn't add on extras. And if anything ever came up that I thought could be better, they worked with me without hesitation to make sure I was happy. I've never had such a good experience working with a contractor as I did with Bella. They are honest, do incredible work, and it is comforting to know they are well insured. They worked around my lowest existing retaining wall, redwood fence, and trees to put in about 200 linear feet of walls and steps in the front and backyard parts of a steep hill. They also installed irrigation and created large planters with boulders they pulled out of my hillside. Most contractors who came out to bid the job passed on it because it was so complex due to the boulders and steep rise, and the others had outrageously high estimates. Bella Designs gave me the confidence they could do the job right and never pressured me even though it took me over 6 months to finally commit. It was a pleasure working with Jason and his foreman, Raphael. I will hire them in the future for any landscaping and hardscaping needs.

Jason and Raphael did an incredible job on my driveway and walkway. They made a stressful project (my concrete was lifted by the tree in the yard) easy. I noticed their sign on a neighbors yard and their work looked very well done - and now I can attest to their craftsmanship. Thank you for making a construction project a walk in the park. A+!

I would give Bella Design Pavers & Turf more stars if I could. Their workmanship is impeccable. All the workers were professional and so easy to work with. Jason and Rafael were very helpful in every part of the design of our paver driveway to the complete redo of our front lawn in Scripps Ranch. I can't believe it's the same house. I was particularly pleased that there was never a "down" time while working on the project. I would highly recommend Bella Design for any outdoor project.

I am glad that houzz referred the professional pavers construction. They are all professional but I chose Bella because Jason was the first responder, more reasonable, and had good reviews. I also liked the fact that I was able to talk directly with the owner of the company, and to support the entrepreneur. Jason was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. He understood our need. His project manager Rafael was terrific. He monitored the work carefully step by step. Jason did come by often and made sure things were done right at the end. I am very happy with Bella Pavers. They did a fantastic job.
