There aren't enough words to express how happy we were to be working with Joseph. He completely remodeled our front yard and our backyard. At every step, he was incredibly organized, professional, and responsive. From budgeting every phase (and never going over budget or asking for more money once) to accompanying us on our trips to the tile story or nursery to giving us incredible suggestions on design and aesthetic, he made what should have been a stressful experience, instead one that was joyful and exciting. He had so many great suggestions, and if ever there was an issue, he immediately stepped in to resolve. He is the rare combination of high-end design AND experienced landscaping/construction execution. Even months after the project's completion, Joseph has come back to check in, help make adjustments, etc. One final note - even if you get quotes from other contractors that may be slightly lower, do not let that deter you from working with Jospeh. As mentioned above, he does take the usual contractor route of asking for more later, he leaves plenty of room to address any unanticipated hiccups, and is incredibly transparent.

No amount of stars is enough to convey how AMAZING it is to work with Jospeh and his team. If you've ever known anyone who has done any construction on their house, you know it's typically a nightmare- delays, increase in budgets, workers not showing up, etc. Not with Mirage Landscape. Joseph is EXTREMELY professional and kind. From the first day, he was forthright and honest. His bid and prices never changed, his guys showed up every single day, and they finished exactly on time. Joseph also has an amazing design eye and is meticulous with details. No corners were cut. Every thing was done with great care and installed perfectly. Our backyard is like a resort now! I have recommended Jospeh to anyone that will listen. You won't regret hiring them!

We recently completed our back yard transformation with Joseph and his team from Mirage and we are thrilled with the results. Joseph has been an amazing partner through the whole process including collaborating with another contractor we engaged for our deck construction. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid Pandemic, Joseph has been consistently thorough in his follow through and collaborative around design in helping us achieve our vision. When we had a few additional changes, he was very straight forward about adjusting the budget with Change Orders and we ended up exactly where we agreed to. At the inception of the project, he was very efficient in getting the permits processed with the City of San Clemente which at the time was very difficult due to pandemic restrictions. He is super knowledgeable about the plants and along with the landscape lighting, they really make the yard "pop" at night. We feel like we've got a mini-destination resort in the back yard. We would highly recommend Joseph and his team at Mirage for backyard transformations!

Mirage Landscape (Joseph and team) did a superb job transforming our front yard into a beautiful, unique area. We are extremely happy with the results. A complete rebuild was done on the front entrance, driveway as well as the soft scape. We entrusted Joseph with all the details of the design, materials, plants, irrigation, lighting and water feature. He has an excellent eye for design, color and knowledge of the latest technology. The project was in excellent hands and stayed on budget. The crew was very pleasant to work with and we appreciated their attention to detail as well as follow-up to a few minor concerns we had during and after completion of the project. Joseph and the boys from Mirage Landscape are absolute professionals! Our backyard is absolutely gorgeous, all due to Joseph creative ideas, high standards and the boys' attention to detail. Joseph is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. We felt comfortable communicating concerns to him and found him to be a great problem-solver when issues arose. Mirage Landscaping completed the landscaping for our new home built in 2016. I had received a number of quotes however the selection of Mirage was an easy decision. Mirage Landscape was the most creative in their design, offered higher quality materials, and was completely in sync with our vision. The company owner Joe offered design ideas that far surpassed the other bids... whatever you can think of Joe can make it happen. Mirage far exceeds expectations and will ensure you receive compliments on your landscaping for years to come.

We honestly don’t believe that anyone else could have done the job that Joseph did on our yard! We couldn’t be happier with the impeccable craftsmanship and his eye for design. Joseph guided us (and honestly held our hand) throughout the entire process. He has amazing taste and the experience to know what looks good together and what won’t. When we were searching for a contractor, we immediately noticed that all of Joseph’s work flows together and just looks like one cohesive unit. Most contractors put a pool here, the patio here, etc. that are all separate things. Joseph’s work all flows and looks like blends into one beautiful project. We have been told many times by people who come over, that our yard looks like a resort...and we honestly feel the same. Being in Orange County, we are able to enjoy our yard so often and it’s really an extension of our home living space. Joseph nailed that as well. I consider him a luxury contractor. He will bring you materials that he suggest straight to your door. He pretty much always knows best, because he has an eye like a designer. I feel like we got a huge bonus of having a true designer as our contractor. On a few materials that we wanted to look at more of, he took hours with us, meticulously comparing materials and taking our opinion into consideration to get the perfect fit that makes us happy but more importantly, flows perfectly with the project. He is a perfectionist, and his work absolutely reflects that. His guys are very focused on quality work. The few times that a small detail might be ever so slightly off, Joseph is very quick to see it and address it...most of the time before we could ever even see it. I believe this is really what sets him apart from other contractors. Instead of trying to fly through a job, Joseph focuses on making it perfect. He takes great pride in his work and treats it like it’s his own house! I live in a new community and see a lot of other landscape projects happening...and none compare at all to Joseph’s work!

Mirage Landscape did the entire landscape for us and it turned out exactly as we had planned. The work was professional and all the employees were respectful and competent. The owner, Joseph was a pleasure to do business with and we are very pleased with our project. I would highly recommend them for any project.
