I like Manor because it’s a light, neutral color with minimal variations. If you have a lot of variation and only a few repeats, it tend to look obviously fake.

Flooret Modin standard is 20mil 7x48 for 2.95 direct sales.

20mil wear layer is only 0.5mm thick. 12 is pretty thin.

I rtealy like the last one you just posted. It has less knots than the first, which I like, and will go well with many different wood tones. It appears to have both warm and cool tones in it.

I ordered an actual sample of the crema oak. Thoughts? I just wanna make sure it's neutral/light but can go with either cool or warm tones.

Here are a couple of others I looked at.

I like the Crema Oak the most. Since you have a sample, try placing it next to other wood tones you have in the house to see if they complement each other

I do like the crema oak too. I'm not too concerned with it complementing other wood tones on the main level or elsewhere as it will be for the basement area which is separate.

I was decided on the crema oak but they don't have similar in vinyl planks so keep on researching it is. I need to find something $3.29 per sq ft or under to stay within our max budget.

Thoughts on any of these?

The one on the bottom right looks very neutral and without a lot of pattern. I like that one the best.
