Note the great companionship between the woods, stone and textiles here. Even the mounted animals fit in :)
Note how well the rug and art piece work together here.
Like the interesting octagonal wall piece and some nice patterns here.
Interesting combinations here. NOTE: the triangular headboard fits under the vault. Nice.
Nice use of patterns and textures here.
Lovely mix on the bed.
Example of how large, bold patterns can be used, even in a smaller room.
Nice mix here.
Everything about this space is enjoyable. Especially like the hardware used and the beautiful blends of colors in the many textures. Very nice.
Very busy paper, rug and headboard here, make the simple linens perfect not plain. They provide a wonderful accent and tame the other patterns, so the effect is pleasant not over bearing.
Tone-on-tone textures. Taken to the limit here, but stopped just at the right point. The high ceilings and many windows help the room handle it all.
Just a nice mixture of everything. Very nice.
Subtle colors don't have to be boring. Nice.
Great example of how important the mixture of color, patterns and textures is for a successful design. Bright coral is the eye-catcher but the real heroes are the grays, the balancing elements that pull everything together and keep the eye moving throughout the room. The patterned chair and wall hangings are wonderful.
Especially like the flowers on the front of the nightstand.
Note how the textures, patterns and lights/darks make this monochromatic scheme work so wonderfully.
