I live alone in a row house of 1, 900 sq feet ( plus cellar and attic) and am looking to downsize. I've seen a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with a lovely view nearby, but am worried that 880 square feet will be too small. What do others thinK?

I live alone in 80meters and it is what I can afford so it is big enough for me,. Easy to clean, easy to get around. Just great

My husband and I have lived in our current 3900 square foot home for seven years. Our two children are away at college and we have been toying with the idea of downsizing, but we have renovated every square inch of our home and landscape and love our home. Rather than move at this time, when we renovated our walk-out basement, we put in a kitchenette with the idea of renting it out on Airbnb. It has worked out wonderfully and the income has more than payed for our renovation.
