Still playing with the passive solar design of the cottage; I used it for my final project in a 3D Presentation class I just finished at York County Community College. I took my Solidworks rendering and ran it though 3D Max and Photoshop to get the image shown here. I had a lot of fun with it, and now I'm working with an architect friend to draw some construction drawings.

I need to upload a picture of the house (see earlier posts of my renderings), but I am very comfortable and cozy in my version of this home. Would love to see an update of this article to learn how the family and house are doing.
