My kitchen

Kitchen, Detroit

These are some photos of my own kitchen floor. We recently replaced our tired old vinyl flooring with old-fashioned linoleum tiles. The tiles are Forbo Marmoleum Composition Tiles in Jade (3222) and Barley (707). We love this pattern, which was the result of weeks of design discussions between my husband and me. The colors are great, too! Unfortunately our budget didn't stretch to new cabinets or countertops, but we repainted and installed new carpet throughout the house.
