    Thanks for your comment. While there are other solutions to kitchen corners, this homeowner definitely wanted to maximize the space and have access to it from the kitchen side. Also, the entire dining room wall is panelled in slab walnut, which is consistent with the design concept of symmetry and elegant lines. To have a random door on the dining room side would take away from the beauty and aesthetics of the wall of walnut.

    I would like to get this done for the blind corner of our kitchen too. Please tell me what is the hardware that has been used for this.

    My kitchen designer is offering hardware that needs the front two panels of the corner drawer to be 'not joined' at the corner. So upon closing, there is a gap in the corner!
